Where does the dream of a particular trip come from? How is it formed? What feeds on? Maybe Yolka, at one time, sang a hit about Provence very convincingly... Maybe the film “A Good Year”, based on the novel of the same name by Peter Meil, lay on fertile ground... Maybe something elusive and alluring, reeking with a light scent of lavender, beckoned me into my world , promising to open a source of comfort and inspiration... Or maybe all of the above and taken together gave me a dream - a dream of Provence...
