The hotel is well located. The conditions are normal, but the repair has not been done for a hundred years (not the first time we come here, we can say with accuracy))).
Already shabby and dirty. Now building 1 is closed, we hope for repairs)) It's in the middle of the season, for a second!!!
The pool is tiny and always packed. Sauna (i. e. Turkish hammam - just a shame with plastic benches for 3 people). All these gadgets were created not for the benefit of the people, but to give this hut a 4-star status.
SPA is just a circus! One room located in the women's locker room at the pool. If you want to get a massage or a beautician, you need to sign up in advance (very early : ))), the aunts from the reception will call the whole village, find you a free worker in the beauty industry and she will come running to the hotel, freed from her main work in any salon. SPA is open from 17.00 to 19.00. No need to say again that after skiing everyone wants a massage, but only 1-2 people can get in)))

We agreed on babysitting services 2 months before arrival. Otherwise, it's not an option. It is easier and more professional (and, by the way, cheaper) to contact an agency. The hotel offers the services of unqualified nannies (no license, no registration with agencies, no documents, no recommendations are provided). Reception desk workers employ their girlfriends.
Service sucks.
Price is high.
Yes indeed, the ski school is nearby. But in Chamonix they don't care!!! ! And there are other hotels near other slopes and schools!
Good luck.
