Good afternoon! We went to amusement parks from 28.04 to 9.05. 2011.

I can not call this tour "thoughtful and knurled". We chose the children's tour in the hope that it would be interesting, informative and not tiresome for us.

We were very tired, there were three bus trips of 400 km or more, our legs swelled, instead of two drivers there was one, and therefore, if we arrived at the hotel at about 24 o'clock, then the next day's departure was not earlier than 10 - because of this, less time left for visiting parks and excursions. About the "comfortable" bus - you can't use the toilet - only for small children and only in emergency cases, because. otherwise, because of the smell, there will be nothing to breathe on the bus. DVD after a couple of hours of work overheated and stopped working. Boiling water on the bus was rare, tea and coffee (for 0.5 euros), respectively, too.

Also, there were no water parks declared on the tour. On a free day in Paris, we went to the Louvre (this is our choice), and to the water park, which is listed in the program on 8.04, as the guide Katerina said, groups never go, because. due to possible traffic jams, you can miss the train. Why give deliberately false information about the tour program? The last two days are spent on the road. Why I took towels, swimwear and other accessories to visit the water park with me - I don’t know.

It was planned that on 8.04 we would go to a market in Berlin (markets in Europe are closed on weekends, but the Hit market should be open) and buy groceries for the return trip - almost a day on the train. On the way, the guide said that traffic jams are possible in Berlin, the bus can be stopped by the police and check the suitcases - we will lose a lot of time, so we will stop by the market in Rzepin (Poland). At the border, I had to change euros to zlotys, because. in Poland, exchangers may not work on weekends. How much to change is not known, they have not reached the market yet. We arrive at the market - a small grocery store, where apples and yogurts ran out before a third of our group entered it. There was nothing to buy, the zlotys were left. . . All this could have been done in France.

But most of all I was struck and outraged by the situation when, on the way to the station, the guide said that our group of 47 people (46 tourists + guide) had 40 tickets to board the train, and for some reason the reservation from 7 tickets was canceled !! ! That the leadership from Kyiv gave her data on who rides in which place in which car, and who (6 tourists and a guide) has no seats. My child and I were left without tickets!! ! I paid for the tour in February and I don’t understand why my tickets were not redeemed by Fairy, but only booked, and on what basis does the company’s management decide how to distribute 40 tickets among 46 tourists? In addition, one of my wishes for the tour was that my child and I were traveling in the same compartment and one of our shelves was the bottom one. And we were promised it!

The guide said not to worry, there have already been such cases, we will leave somehow, we will not let the bus go until we get on the train...

Several of the women in the group said they could sleep with their small children on the same bunk, so there were "found" 6 seats before boarding the train. I could not imagine how you can get on a train without tickets, how you can travel in a three-seater compartment with four people - and across the border ? ! (no one will allow to do this even in Ukraine), how to go through passport control using one passport with a child, being at different ends of the car ?? ? For several hours of waiting for boarding the train, I had a lot of things to think about. You can imagine my state!

We got on the train, let's go. The conductors told the guide that it was impossible to go without tickets. The seats were in the Donetsk carriage, where we were sent with suitcases through three carriages in a moving train...

The conductors also said that these seats could be sold from any next station, and we drove in the expectation that at any moment we would be asked to vacate them. We arrived at Kyiv. The following is not clear: if we reached Kyiv at these places, then tickets for these places could be bought in Rzepin at the station before the train left. Why all this angst then?

The impression of the trip was spoiled completely.
