Stayed with my husband in this hotel. There were very mixed impressions. Sometimes everything seems to be fine, but something is wrong - and this hotel is exactly that case.

About the hotel - located 5 minutes walk from the sea, 7 minutes walk from the railway station, 3 minutes walk from the Casino supermarket, 30-40 minutes by taxi from the airport, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants around. The hotel has an elevator. We stayed in a standard room. When booking, they asked for a room higher and overlooking the courtyard, and not the street with restaurants, but upon check-in we were given the first floor and overlooking the restaurants. We asked to change, but we were told that only after 4 days - everything is taken. I wonder why this was not mentioned at the time of booking? The principle of a mousetrap - you are also lured into a hopeless situation. Since after 4 days we nevertheless moved to a quiet room overlooking the courtyard, I will describe both rooms. I want to immediately notice the standard rooms only on the 1st and 2nd floor.

1. Room with a view of the restaurants (we had 1 floor):
- Terribly noisy! ! ! Even if you close the window. Under the window there are at least 7 cafe-restaurants with outdoor areas. In addition to the noise from visitors, tables are cleared at night and this street becomes just a roadway for motorcycles, a car that washes roads, cars that take out bottles and garbage in the morning, as well as for delivering groceries, etc. to the same cafes in the morning.

- The room does not have a balcony - there is a small ledge, fenced with wrought iron railings,

- In the bathroom, the shower is curtained with oilcloth (not a shower cabin).

+ We had a spacious room with a kitchen and utensils (but the neighboring rooms overlooking the restaurants were much smaller - it's as lucky)

+ Everything in the room is clean, nice and fresh in appearance.

2. Room overlooking the courtyard, or rather the parking lot and the windows of the neighboring hotel (we had the first floor):

- The room is tiny with a kitchen and utensils, there is nowhere to put a suitcase, the bathroom is miniature.

+ In the c / a shower, not a shower curtained.

+ In the c / a heated towel-dryer.
+ Everything in the room is clean and fresh in appearance.

+ About the noise - it's not perfectly quiet, but compared to the view of the restaurants, it's heaven and earth.

+ There is a balcony.

All rooms have an iron and ironing board.

Cleaning and maintenance:

- Beach towels are not provided.

- Toothpaste and brushes are not provided.

- The first week we were not given body lotion at all, but we were not up to it. When we were told in the second week of our stay that we were not given body lotion, we were told that it was given only at our request, and after that they began to bring it to us. But we are adults and we understand that this is a conscious action. A trifle, but unpleasant.

+ Towels (if thrown on the floor) were changed, the room was cleaned daily and in the morning.

+ The rooms have a coffee machine and a kettle, and they were given coffee every day, as well as tea bags.

We didn't take breakfast. Their cost is 9 euros per person.
Once they saw that they were carrying croissants and tea or coffee, in general they understood that they did the right thing - croissants are sold around the corner and you can overeat for 9 euros together, and tea and coffee are free in the room, and in the Casino supermarket (3 minutes walk) you can buy anything. In particular, we bought freshly squeezed orange juice every day in the supermarket for 3.5 euros per 1 liter (there is a machine there and you make your own juice).

I want to say about Juan-les-Pins - a very pleasant town with beautiful sandy beaches and clear water. There are municipal beaches - free, there are paid beaches. We went to JUANITA beach, 2 sun loungers and an umbrella included - 40 euros. From Juan-les-Pins by train (two-story with soft seats and a toilet) to Cannes -10 minutes, to Nice -30 minutes, to Monaco - 51-58 minutes. I advise you to buy tickets in advance, queues. Trains run every 15-20 minutes. With a ticket, you can ride at any time within the day for which you bought the ticket.
About the weather in the first half of September - the weather was beautiful, the sea was warm. There was only one rainy day in 2 weeks.

I definitely recommend Juan-les-Pins for a holiday.

I can recommend the hotel only to those who are going to have fun and for no more than 4-5 nights. In another case, I advise you to choose a hotel in a quiet place, since there are a lot of hotels in Juan-les-Pins.
