Budget London hotels - value for money

The smoky room did not lend itself to any airing, an ironing board (declared as a service in the room) was found on the landing. The girlfriends who were settled on the top floor, the ceiling was generally at a height of 190 and windows under the ceiling. Here are the 4 stars. At the same time, she lived in Manchester and Leeds before London - a completely different quality of hotels, with less stardom and price. In Leeds, my bathroom was larger than the entire room in London.
