Maybe the hotel is good, good food, attentive attitude of the staff, but an unpleasant incident happened to us. The day before departure, we discovered the loss of a certain amount of money. Namely $ 200 and 10.000 rubles. The money disappeared in the room during its cleaning, because it was in my wallet and was in the desk locker in one of the rooms (we booked a two-room Suite). My family and I at that moment were in another room so as not to interfere with cleaning. The rest of the time, the wallet was always with me in my pocket. The hotel can be said to have not reacted in any way. Be careful and careful, watch your wallet.
MINUSES OF THE HOTEL: poor organization of the ski rental service, long queues at the restaurant, they do not clean the snow in the surrounding area, small parking.
PROS OF THE HOTEL: the New Year's holiday was well organized.
