In the period from July 14 to July 30.2025, I booked a room at the Hotel Batumi Palace Hotel, located at: st. Bagrationi, 151, Batumi, 6000. Booking was done through the Booking platform. COM, where the hotel was indicated as a 4-star hotel. In number 708, designed for three - me, my wife and our daughter - we drove on July 14 at about 16:00 (I don’t remember the exact time). This is our first vacation in Batumi, and we always travel at least twice a year, but for the first time we decided to visit this city. Unfortunately, during the settlement they were faced with a number of problems:

- The elevator was broken, and I had to independently raise a suitcase weighing about 20 kg to the 7th floor.

- In the room there was a persistent smell of cigarettes - it seems that they often smoked in the room, and even ventilation did not help get rid of the smell.
- In the room, two kettles were discovered: in one there was no lid, in the other - also, as well as the remains of coffee, brewed right in the teapots (I am attaching a photo).
- There was no plum button in the toilet - instead, the drain was inside the tank, and to wash it off, it was necessary to press a finger inside.
- There was no fence in the shower, because of which all the water splashed throughout the toilet combined with the shower (I am applying a photo).
- The floor in the room was very dirty, on the carpet near the bed - a large dirty spot, and the sheet, which was covered with the bed, had holes.
- In bed and under the mattress, hair was discovered, as well as hair in the submarine.

I photographed and handed over all the above shortcomings to the administrator to Anna. From the smell of tobacco, we were offered an air freshener. The rest of the shortcomings promised to fix. As a temporary measure in the toilet, we were given a towel to wipe the floor after a shower.

We lived in this issue until July 16.2025, and in the morning of the same day we tried to resolve the issue of eliminating the shortcomings at the reception. I waited for a man named Thomas, who introduced himself as the chief administrator. I suggested that he go to the room to inspect the shortcomings to which I received an answer that he would not do this.

He stated that he was not a director, but simply an administrator, and that the question of a refund can not be a question, since their director is a Turkish citizen, and he is only an administrative employee. After a long explanation, I was forced to leave the apartment with my family, not receiving a refund.

On July 17.2025, I visited the hotel again and again tried to discuss the situation with Thomas. He went up to the room and examined all the damage and dirt, after which he again refused to return the money, offering to replace the number with the same.
