We went to Batumi to unwind and see the sights... This hotel was suggested on the tour. The hall is good, but that's about it. The room is a nightmare (ours was on the 2nd floor with access to the street). The wallpaper peeled off, one chair (there was nowhere to put or hang things). There was air conditioning. The only good thing is the location of the hotel - everything is close by. And shops, and the embankment nearby. At the reception, there were often staff who did not speak and did not understand Russian well (I generally keep quiet about the Ukrainian language). Knowledge of English was also not noticed. The price for this hotel is very high. Even though we came to the room to spend the night and tried not to pay attention to all the problems described above....there was an unpleasant aftertaste from the hotel - a bedbug hut.
