The first thing to know about this hotel is that it's only beautiful from the outside. The location of the rooms, furnishings and cleanliness leave a lot to be desired. The rooms are not cleaned at all (and before check-in too), only towels are changed (which for some reason are only 2, although there should be 3 in 3 *) and toilet paper. Garbage is taken out once in a while. There are cobwebs and dust everywhere in the rooms, the windows are dirty. Some of our neighbors had ants and mice. The staff is friendly, but not all. The woman who never smiles in the dining room. If you come to breakfast a little later, you can be left without coffee, tomato and sausages (and the latter is issued personally only 1 per person the size of a little finger), since no one reports anything. Oatmeal is simply poured with boiling water. In general, the food in this hotel does not correspond to Georgian hospitality. And in no case do not listen to what the staff advises you, where to go or how to get to the sea, as you will get lost and disappointed. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It is right in the center of old Batumi and close to Batumi Boulevard, which has a lot of interesting things. In general, if there is no choice or no special requirements for living, you can settle in it, but it is better to look in this area for something more decent.
