Georgians are destroying the resort of Borjomi! I went there in November, I fell for the glory of the resort of all-Union significance. Maybe it was good there before, but now Borjomi resembles a disaster zone. It turns out that a few years ago Georgians laid an oil pipeline right through the unique natural territory. I don’t know what they were guided by, but since they did it, create all the security conditions! But, as I was told in the sanatorium, the pipe consists of the cheapest materials. Not because there was no money - they were simply stolen. Well, so, while I was resting there, the pipe burst. Everything around - trees, plants, paths - was covered with an oil film. Oil also got into groundwater, so we never tried the vaunted Borjomi. The staff did not even panic, they say they are already used to it. Therefore, the locals do not go there for a long time, only tourists from the CIS, but they are becoming less and less. So I don't recommend it to anyone! Money thrown away!
