Due to injury, I'm writing a review right now. 1) We were incredibly lucky with the weather, it snowed for a week before us and 2 meters fell. All week, except for one day, the weather was just right for rides. 2) specifically about the hotel. 2) specifically about the hotel. We really look at things: we initially knew that we were not eating at the Hilton, and not at 5 stars. The hotel is large, I would say, the so-called home type. We took single rooms, naturally with all amenities in the room. the room is cozy, in a tree; the bed, mattress, pillows are comfortable, of high quality. The shower and toilet are ordinary, the water was always both hot and cold. Towels were often changed. days we were alone in the whole hotel... )))
The room is very warm, we even opened the window.
there is a place where you can leave your skis at the entrance to the hotel and dry the boots so that you don’t drag them into the room every time, this is convenient.
the kitchen is super, everything is delicious, they listen to the wishes, and of course the wine. . . )
There is a sauna, jacuzzi
Distance to the second lift: you can get to the hotel from the track when the snowcat made this track (which is surprising in Gudauri, it feels like the driver of the snowcat, where he wants to go there and makes a new track... )))). our boys somehow and they got to the track themselves along the path they had explored, but we girls, being lazy and more effeminate, drove by car, having agreed in advance with the owner of the hotel. The attitude of the staff is wonderful!
3) Super impressions! sometimes there were no people on the slopes... ) the slopes are wide, powdery - the sea !! ! compared to the number of skiers on Bukovel - Gudauri is a paradise for skiing. at 10 o'clock we were sometimes the first on the third lift and rode just now made, untouched slopes. The mountains are magnificent. Ice has never been seen on the slopes
4) Budget: a little less than 1000 American tugriks for an adult who skis intensively and moderately (I know, I fell and that’s enough) drinking in the evenings, a subject (direct flight, transfer, lunch, booze, ski passes, a trip to Tbilisi, souvenirs, accommodation, in short full budget). Bukovel would have cost us more this year, that's for sure.
