We vacationed with our son in July 2024. I chose this hotel through a travel agency, having studied the reviews on Booking in advance, the hotel rating was good. But upon arriving on vacation, I was immediately disappointed. The reviews are not true. Firstly, I booked a twin room half a year in advance, a room with two separate beds, upon arrival I was offered a choice of two options to check into a room with a double bed, supposedly they don’t have any available rooms with separate beds.

Secondly, there were a lot of questions about the room, an unpleasant smell of sewage in the bathroom, leaking plumbing, although the renovation was relatively recent, no more than two years old in appearance, the door on the balcony did not close, bare wires sticking out from the headboard.
I reported this to the reception, but they fixed these problems for me only after I contacted the manager of the host party in Georgia, after her visit to the hotel, they adjusted the door to the balcony and sealed with electrical tape the hole from which the electrical wiring was sticking out. Cleaning for the majority of vacationers was not done at all, they did it for me twice at my request, I took the garbage out into the corridor myself in a tied bag and asked the maids for a new bag, they were also reluctant to provide toilet paper, I bought it myself. Half a bottle of liquid soap poured into a used bottle, shampoo and shower gel were missing, as were dishes in the room, a kettle and drinking water. There was no view from the window, some of the rooms overlooked the iron cladding of the neighboring hotel at arm's length, some overlooked someone else's neglected yard, the mountains were a little visible, there was no talk of any kind of sea.
The hotel staff is unfriendly, a separate issue is the owner of the hotel, an extremely unpleasant woman, rude, reacting inappropriately aggressively to the comments of vacationers regarding the conditions of living at the hotel, is rude, snaps at the hotel guests. The breakfasts are very meager, not at all related to the concept of a buffet; there was nothing to eat there, it was tastelessly prepared. Although with regards to ordering me, for my money I could eat normally at an adequate price. But the woman, the kitchen worker, Maya, who took orders and made payments, constantly cheated on the cost, shortchanged her, and caught her in this more than once. Bread with ketchup was sometimes included or not included in the price, the price was higher than the prices indicated on the menu. There was also no animation and organization of the guests' activities; for a week I tried to persuade the manager to take us as a group for our own money to Batumi - silence, we had to go on our own by minibus.
Among the advantages, I can note a nice large swimming pool, the presence of sun loungers, a well-groomed but small area without a playground, the presence of Wi-Fi, but it worked irregularly and not on all floors, intermittently, good location, 1st coastline.
It’s a bit far from the bazaar, we had to get there by public transport and change currency there, as in the area adjacent to the hotel the exchange rate was lower.
In general, the hotel did not live up to expectations; the price for the services provided does not correspond to the word “at all. ” And what was most annoying was the boorish attitude on the part of the hotel management and staff. This is the first time I’ve encountered something like this, no matter where I’m vacationing, so we’re not talking about any “Georgian state. ” I don't recommend it.
