I stayed in this hotel with my wife in July 2021. I want to honestly and in detail tell about this hotel so that everyone who is persistently, like me, will be recommended and praised in a travel agency by a quiet and family-friendly hotel on the seashore can have a real idea about it. The fact that the hotel is quiet, calm and really close to the sea - this is all the pluses about it. It is located, as it were, on the 2nd line, but the sea is really just a 3-4 minute walk.
Everyone can evaluate the rest of what I have said and decide for themselves whether they need this hotel for their vacation or not. There is no territory at the hotel - at the entrance, as in the advertising photo, there are 2 umbrellas with chairs and that's it. There is no TV in the room - it is somewhere, but not in all rooms. There is practically no Wi-Fi in the hotel - it is not AT ALL in the rooms, it is not always and in poor quality can be caught in the so-called "hall", and it is also hard to catch in the dining room.
About breakfast it is necessary to say separately. Almost daily for breakfast (from 09.00-10.00) they offered a small plate of watermelon, some kind of porridge or vermicelli, as well as tea with some simply terribly cheap bun or something else of the same kind. And that's all. During our stay at this hotel, tourists repeatedly resented this breakfast. Some even refused. But the owner did not react.

There was a safe in the room, but it didn't close. The owner of the hotel said that we don’t have to worry at the hotel - nothing will be lost, no one will steal. In my room, 2 days eliminated the leak and noise in the toilet bowl. In the end, I had to adapt and adapt myself. The air conditioner worked silently and properly, but by the end it seemed that the freon was running out and it did not cool so well.
The hotel may be new in appearance, but the elementary things in it were simply amazing. For example, the mattress of the bed fell through twice at night. Since the owner could not even buy normal slats under the mattresses! Under them lay ordinary sticks across them - and very rarely and not screwed at all! Therefore, it was necessary to toss and turn very carefully so as not to fail. There were no blankets in the room - you had to ask for them.
