Came to Tbilisi on business. Stopped on the advice of knowledgeable people at the Holiday Inn.
I have three requirements for any hotel-hotel-motel: the room must be clean, you can eat delicious food somewhere nearby, they must be polite with me. Everything else is not so important.
I lived in a room on the 17th floor (a wonderful view of the city! ) - the room itself was fully stuffed, that is, there is a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. The room is clean, cleaning is regular and thorough. I did not notice any dust or stale linen (the scourge of large hotels).
Food - well, I didn't use the lounge cafe. Breakfast is good, plentiful but not heavy. More like continental cuisine - lots of fruits, juices. I often had enough of this breakfast for the whole day. The restaurant did not impress, but I was there only twice, usually I dined somewhere in the city.
The staff is excellent - not just polite, but very friendly, accepting all requests calmly.
I was only annoyed by the intermittent internet and the noise in the room.
But for a four star hotel, it is fine, although, in my opinion, and expensive.
