The hotel is in a quiet area, exchange offices and inexpensive mini-markets are nearby, to the Peace Bridge, Metekhi walked perfectly. The hotel needs more serious management. They gave a large room for a family (205), but there is no hallway area, the soundproofing is terrible, because you can hear everyone who rumbles along the corridors. Why drag suitcases at night from the 3rd floor, rattling wheels up the stairs and heels when there is an elevator? (in the building above the cellar). We didn't actually sleep. The room is cleaned, shampoos are added if you hand over the keys during your absence. The bathroom has a hairdryer and supply ventilation with a switch, but apparently it is rarely turned on and the silicone sealant in the shower is covered with fungus, something must be done about it, many are allergic to fungus. There is no shelf under the mirror, there is nowhere to put hygiene items, there are not enough hangers for towels (6 pieces), and there is nowhere to hang clothes in the bathroom, there are no hooks, the door handle is almost broken off. The beds are clean, made, there is no smell of smoke, TV has 4 channels in Russian. At first I liked the breakfasts - cottage cheese, sometimes yogurt, local cheese, cold cuts, fruit desserts, scrambled eggs, sausages, vegetables, juice, but the young ladies from the kitchen ruined the whole picture - until you weave with your nose, they are in no hurry to replenish what they have eaten, they sit chatting and looking like a favorand grumblings carry. We came for breakfast at 9.30 - except for boiled eggs and yesterday's winded milk noodles, everything was eaten, there were no cups, instant coffee also disappeared somewhere, until she barked - in general, no one paid attention that there was nothing to eat. They brought everything, but with grumbling. Why do customers have to fulfill the duties of a manager and drive staff? There are good polite guys at the reception, we got a map of the center of Tbilisi there. WiFi in the room does not reach, but we, as frequent travelers, have already come to terms with this. In general, the hotel is cozy - balconies, greenery, outwardly pleasant, but we need to work on management.
