We chose for a long time where to go and settled on Greece, the Sun Village hotel. In the information brochure of the travel agency Natalie Tours, we were attracted by the fact that the hotel has a sandy beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas, a swimming pool with sea water, as well as a disco and an amphitheater. What did we actually get... On the first day, we sold through the territory of the calving in a shocked state. firstly, the hotel itself was located on settlements, behind it there was only a wasteland, so it was unrealistic to take a walk at night (since there was little lighting). But it's not so scary, most importantly, there was no sandy beach near the hotel. After long conversations with the staff, we found out that the beach is 500 meters from the hotel, it was municipal (umbrellas and sunbeds are paid).
Second, the wait staff were terrible. The owner recruited students from nearby countries who can't do anything but want to have fun. It was clear that they had come to rest. We had the impression that they were vacationers, not us.
Thirdly, the food did not differ in variety. We were fed cheese and sausage + eggs for breakfast for 14 days. By the third day, we were tired of it. Since we arrived nevertheless to rest, and not to shake our nerves, we tried to find a way out of this situation. I HAD TO SHOULD GET AWAY.

Since there was no normal beach (what we were offered turned out to be a bay into which ships constantly entered and all living creatures swam), we rented a car and drove to the beach in the neighboring city of Malia. We were also constantly told that they were out of season, so everything was in disrepair, no amphitheater, let alone a disco we did not find. Here it had to pay for the car and food. If you are traveling with a man, you will definitely have to bribe food. When we came to the end of dinner, there was almost nothing left, and they did not put any food.
We had no complaints about the rooms, the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
In general, the holiday was a success, but I don’t want to go anywhere else from the company NATALIE TOURS, as they provided false information in their booklet, using a couple of trite PR tricks.
In general, the hotel is not so bad, if you come there only to sleep. BUT THERE IS NOTHING TO DO WITHOUT A CAR.
