We rested at the Aqua Mare hotel, which left behind only positive memories, and so I hasten to share them. We didn't have to choose the hotel for a long time, friends who had a rest in this hotel last year advised. We decided to take a swing and buy vouchers for 18 days, after all, Greece is an interesting country, you need to have time to see everything. Moreover, we were traveling in the spring, so we didn’t really count on swimming in the sea. Although, as we arrived, the weather was already good. Many swam, but we did not take risks.
We arrived at the hotel quickly, the road from the airport went unnoticed, then my friend and I were transferred to a minibus and after 5 minutes we were in Kallikratia near the entrance to the Aqua Mare hotel. There we were already met by representatives of the company and the hospitable hostess Maria. Arrived early and had to wait 3 hours for a room. But we know about this rule, so it was not a surprise for us. We had a cup of coffee and went to explore the surroundings. The information on the site was confirmed with an accuracy of 100%, and most importantly: the hotel is located in the center, fruit shops, souvenir and grocery stores are located very close. The entire embankment is strewn with cafes and beach bars. I really liked the tavern "To Kotuki to Anthony", the whole vacation took place in this cozy place, the cuisine and service were on top.
Now, about the hotel itself. My opinion is that the hotel deserves more than three stars. The breakfasts are very tasty, the staff is responsive and Russian-speaking, perfect cleanliness has always been maintained. Wi-fi is not the best, but we decided to relax and not particularly bother about it. The rooms are very refined style, everything is new, beautiful. The hostess and her "team" have created all the conditions for a pleasant stay for guests. All 18 days, the care and guardianship of others was felt. It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel and did not want to leave at all.
In Greece, we managed to visit a lot of places and see a lot of things. A mandatory visit to the Greek evening, without it it is not possible to understand how and how the Greeks live. We went to Meteora, climbed Olympus. Special thanks to the guide Panayotis Tsatsanidis, we can say that the guide is from God.
I want to return to this country again and again, which I will do again next year!
