A brief summary for those too lazy to read: the sea and nature are just wonderful, the feeding is average, everything else is not very good.

Registration of a ticket
The ticket was issued in the Kiev agency "Turtuzhur". Agency, to put it mildly, so-so:
- helped with visa processing, but lost some documents;
- they forgot to say that there may be problems if you do not take the birth certificate of the child with you (later this led to problems at passport control, since there were civil passports with you and, arguing this, we managed to persuade the officer to let us through);
- for some reason they cannot (do not want to? ) tell the time of departure / arrival in advance (and as far as I watched the schedule during the rest, it varied extremely slightly); as a result, it turned out that the time of flights is extremely inconvenient, for example, on the day of arrival it is generally unrealistic in time to have time to swim in the sea (because

departure at about 12:30, arrive at 15:00 and go to the hotel for another 3 hours), while the return flight to Kyiv was about 8:00 (at the same time, check-out from the hotel was at 4:25 in the morning), so 2 paid days rest is completely lost.

Departure.
The plane was quite normal, the only, probably, minus is that the flight attendants did not understand Russian well, but knowledge of English saved here.
But they turned out to be beautiful Greek women and, in addition, treated them to free candy. 

Arrival.
We met girls from “Mouzenidis”, everything is fine, it’s bad, they just don’t initially warn how much to go to the hotel, they just say the bus number and that’s it.
And then the first surprise lay - it took about 3 hours to get to the hotel. In fact, the road itself takes about an hour and a half, but given that the bus is large and takes tourists to hotels on all 3 fingers, and our hotel was just on the third finger, it turned out that getting on the bus around 15:00, We were at the hotel at the beginning of the seventh.
There was one sanitary stop along the way.

Hotel.
We were met by guides from “Mouzenidis”, they filled out questionnaires for us, then they simply called us and handed over the keys to the rooms.
So we didn't talk to the front desk staff. We originally booked a superior room. All its improvement was that it was 10m more than usual and with a balcony. This is where the benefits end. Our room turned out to be 8xx, and these rooms are located high on the mountain. To make it clearer: from the reception in the main building of the hotel to the sea, go about 300 meters along a concrete path with a slope of 30 degrees, then an underground passage of 50 meters and now you find yourself near the beach and beach bar. To get to our room, you had to go to the reception, take the elevator to the 2nd floor, walk through the heat, overcome 3 turns of stairs and finally, you find yourself at the door of the room. As a result, the journey from the beach to the room is 500 meters one way.
The room is ok, big and clean.

The only thing I didn't like was the small window in the bathroom/toilet for ventilation, overlooking the common corridor. Everything that is written about insects is true, there are a lot of insects resembling grasshoppers or locusts, 5-6 centimeters long, there are really a lot of them. And they, before opening the door, had to be thrown away from the threshold so that they would not jump into the room. A couple of times I caught them in the bathroom, because they got there through the ventilation window, which was always open for ventilation (without it, it is stuffy in the bathroom, and even when cleaning it is always put on ventilation).
In general, I liked that the territory of the hotel is green, beautiful palm trees grow. Good shop, good children's room.
In the hotel, most of the staff understands Russian, everyone understands English. Percent 70 Russian tourists, many Serbs.

Shop.
Very good and cheap, magnets are cheaper there than in the Greek Duty Free, (2 and 5 euros for the same thing).
Beer and water are exactly two times cheaper than in a beach bar.

Feeding.
Initially, they did not take "All", they took "HB". Already at check-in, they wanted to change their minds, but the guide Natasha from Mouzenidis dissuaded, saying that the dinners were bad.
In general, we did not regret this decision. Breakfast is a typical continental breakfast, i. e. eggs in all forms (fried, boiled, omelet, scrambled egg), sausages, sliced sausage / ham / cheese, bread, sliced u200bu200bcucumbers / tomatoes. Hot and cold milk, 5 or 6 different types of breakfast cereals.
But the breakfast is still monotonous, with my love for eggs, I could not see it all in a week.
Also for breakfast there are cookies, a couple of types of biscuits and free tea / coffee / drinks from the machine. The rest of the time, drinks are for money. For example, a cup of tea
for dinner in the dining room will cost 2.50, water is about a euro.
And it would not be such a pity to pay for tea, if it were not for the realization that this is the same quality tea as at breakfast (hint: there is a machine near the pool at the bar, where you can make tea / coffee in the evening for free).
We didn’t go to lunches, replacing them with fruits / juices or buying something at the beach bar (on average, grilled food there costs about 6 euros, the menu is traditional for kiosks with shawarma and burgers).
Dinner - really high quality, good, a lot of everything, 2-3 meat dishes, potato/eggplant casseroles, 2-3 types of noodles, potatoes from side dishes.

Of the fruits, there were watermelons / melons, peaches / plums / apricots, oranges (that is, these are 3 dishes with fruits, varies). Apricots for 2 weeks were 2 times.
For dinner, they prepare delicious sweets, fruit salad, jelly (the child really liked it).

Tavern.
Guide Natasha offered to go to a tavern in Ouranoupolis, there is even a free transfer from the hotel. About prices, of course, did not hint.
I liked the food, it was delicious
the only disappointment was the Greek salad, which consisted of vegetables chopped into huge pieces and two sticks of feta. The waiter said that this way the taste is better preserved.
We liked everything, but a modest lunch of 2 salads, 2 fish dishes (far from the most expensive), stingray and squid, 2 glasses of juice and 1 beer cost us 80 euros.
Fish soup costs about 56 euros for 1000 ml.

Beach, sea.
The beach is clean, well maintained, but there are a lot of people on the hotel's beach.
For us, an umbrella and 2 sun loungers cost 6 euros/day. There have always been places, besides the beaches in Greece cannot be privately owned, so they are not fenced
and you can find yourself a sunbed not even your hotel on the same terms. You can sunbathe for free on a wild beach (200 meters from the hotel beach), but there
not removed the stones at the bottom and a lot of sea urchins. If you want to sunbathe on the first line, you need to come before 8:00 and take a sunbed with a towel.
You can swim to the islands, rent a boat for 45 euros. In the stones near the beach you can find small crabs, on the wild beach there are very beautiful views for photos.

For kids.
There is a well-equipped children's room, open until 23:00. Workshops are held in the morning. I really liked the nanny Taisiya, she gets along well with children.
The playground is very old and shabby, two swings, two regular swings, two springs. That's all the joy. Almost no one walked on it.
There is a children's pool near the main one, about 2 * 2, but we did not go there.

Gorki.

They work from 10 to 13, children under 6 are not allowed. They look old and, apparently, do not work every day, because we came 3 times at the appointed time, but they were not found working.

Animation.
It usually starts at 21:00 near the pool, Mon - nothing, Tue - a magician (the program is repeated), Wed - a disco for children and an adult after it (the music is about the same), Thu - performance of musicians (once there was a violinist, he played very beautifully), Fri - short drinks party starts at 23:00 at the beach bar (went once, came, no people, left), Sat - Greek evening (they dance beautifully, music, worth going), Sun - it seems nothing (I don’t remember exactly) .
On Tuesday mornings there is a bus to the fruit market in the town.

Tours.
At the welcome-meeting, they will tell a lot about them, tiring with details. We went to Kastoria for fur coats, went to Meteora.
Excursions are not cheap, for example, a one-day trip to Meteora costs 85 euros per person, a 2-day trip to Athens - 250 (it seems) euros per person. Children pay full price (at least that's what the guide Natasha told us).
Kastoria - the tour cost 20 euros per person (Google distance 326 km), departure early in the morning, on excursions they feed in a tavern, very well, they give wine.
Meteora - the tour cost 85 euros per person (Google distance 364 km), they did not feed on the road. They gave only a lunch box from the hotel, in which each relied on one nectarine, one roll with 2 pieces of sausage and cheese, one water 0.5 l. The difference with a commercial tour is huge : ). They are delivered after an excursion to a restaurant, for a family of 3 people it will cost about 40 euros for food. It was possible to go with an excursion for 70 euros, but in this case it would have been a big bus that takes tourists to all 3 fingers of Halkidiki, and we already returned at more than 21 hours, barely had time for dinner. In addition, for 70 euros, a visit to only one monastery, not 2.

They were supposed to leave at 4:30, as a result, they were waiting for the driver until 4:50 in the morning. In general, I was a little surprised how one driver Christopher spends so much time behind the wheel, it seemed to me that in the European Union it is forbidden to be behind the wheel for more than 8 hours.
Again, Natasha, selling the tour, did not warn that it is better to have comfortable shoes, on this tour you have to go down and up steep stairs and mountains a lot.
Meteora - incredibly beautiful monasteries on the rocks, you must go.

Car rental.
About 45 euros, we did not take it, estimating that, taking into account gasoline and the fact that we would have to drive all day, drive along the serpentine, we did not take it.
The cost of gasoline: the usual 95th about 1.7 euros.

Departure.
Check out was at 4:25. In a hurry, they forgot the paintings bought on the beach. We remembered them already on the bus, literally 3 minutes after departure (we didn’t even have time to get to the Alexandros Palace Hotel), tried to ask the driver to return, but received a sharp refusal. Mouzenidis' guide Kristina promised that the paintings would be taken from the room and handed over to one of the tourists on their way to Kyiv. But the miracle didn't happen.
All attempts to contact the guides ended in nothing, in the end, I only received a response from the hotel management (after 4 days) that nothing was found in the room. At the airport, we waited for a very long time to weigh our luggage, even began to fear that we would not be in time for check-in. But they did. Souvenirs at the airport are very expensive, in Ouranoupolis and the hotel shop it is much cheaper.

Findings.
I would not say that we did not like the rest, but there were many nuances.
We will fly to Greece more than once, but we will only try to settle closer to Athens, so that it would not be so crazy to go on excursions. From us it was close to go only to the islands and Athos. But you need to get a visa to Athos, and women are not allowed at all. Mouzenidis seems to have a monopoly, so you will have to use his services. We are unlikely to contact a travel agency. Would you like to visit this hotel again? Solid no.

Have a nice holiday!
