Vacationed as a family in July 2023. Booked 2 rooms for 4 people with a view of the sea.
The location of the hotel in relation to the sea and cafes (restaurants) is quite good. Several supermarkets (from small to several large) are within walking distance. A 5-minute walk to the sea, across the road from the hotel. It takes 40 minutes to drive to Chania, and 2.5-3 hours to the airport in Heraklion. We were flying to Heraklion, so the drive to the hotel was very long.
The territory of the hotel is green, well maintained. There is one medium-sized pool, divided into a deeper and a shallower one, with sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool. There are not enough umbrellas for everyone, whoever takes them first gets the umbrella. Towels are provided at the bar. The same towels can be taken with you to the sea. By the pool there is a bar with paid drinks, and you can also order food (also for a fee).

There are not many rooms in the hotel, only 45. One two-story building, in which the dining room and reception are also located on the 1st floor.
In the rooms, everything is standard - a double bed, combined with 2 single beds, a bath with a toilet, a table with a mirror, a TV, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, air conditioning, a wardrobe with a paid safe (we did not use the safe). Of the non-standard, only the wash basin (sink), which is located in the room, almost next to the bed. Every time after using the toilet, you have to go back to the room to wash your hands, which is inconvenient and unhygienic. There are also rooms with access to the balcony, there is a table and 2 chairs. The view of the sea is so-so, because across the road from the hotel there is a reed growing quite high, and the sea is not visible because of it. In the rooms, there is no place to dry things after the sea or the pool. We hung them on chairs. It's a little thing, but it's very inconvenient, because you don't want to worry about such issues on vacation. Cleaning was done every day, towels were also changed every day, so there were no questions about cleanliness.
By the way, we left a tip, but the cleaning lady never took it.
Our meals were HB (breakfast and dinner). Breakfasts are always the same, but you will definitely not be hungry. Drinks are free for breakfast, there were always vegetables and fruits. But, of course, after a week, I got tired of such breakfasts. As for dinner, it was sometimes disastrous. Because even the rice can be spoiled, sometimes undercooked, sometimes just stuck together, terrible french fries, fish was only once and then it was kind of cooked. They also do not know how to cook meat, although it is surprising, since the cook is Georgian by nationality. There might be a single salad for dinner, but at the same time there were no separately cut vegetables at all, and there were no greens at all either for dinner or for breakfast. There was no fruit for dinner either. All drinks at dinner are paid. Sometimes there were desserts, but more about that separately.

The general atmosphere among vacationers was generally liked.
The hotel accepts people from the age of 16, there were no children. There were some Europeans, calm, balanced, generally relaxed.

I would like to single out the hotel staff. The worst service I encountered for the first time, although I had already stayed in a 3-star hotel before. Upon arrival, no one met us from the bus, from which we were dropped off, without entering the territory of the hotel. We independently carried our suitcases to the reception, where there was already an English-speaking administrator. We filled out the forms, we were given the keys and a piece of paper with a schedule of meals and other organizational issues. In the final case, it turned out that these pieces of paper contained outdated information. Our rooms were on the 2nd floor, and no one helped us carry our suitcases. After a difficult journey, there was not even the 1st bottle of water in the refrigerator, at least for the 1st day. So we had to go to the supermarket.
Since we missed breakfast, we decided to have lunch at the bar. It was our 1st and last dinner there.
We waited more than an hour for the pizza. At the same time, the waiters calmly stood behind the bar and drank drinks, smoked and constantly laughed. Honestly, it was the last drop of patience on the 1st day of our arrival at the hotel. Also the pizza was terrible.
At dinner, we first ordered drinks until we found a plastic cap in the beer, to which the waitress who brought the beer said it was ice. When it turned out not to be ice in the end, she didn't even apologize. She sent another waiter to us, who brought another beer, which no one had already drunk. After that, we didn't have any more drinks for dinner.

Desserts for dinner were just kind of funny. We were offered dessert only on the first day of our arrival. After that, we were not offered dessert and we decided that there is no dessert for dinner. Until they saw that others had desserts on the table. And when we were leaving a tip, the waitress asked if we wanted dessert.
He himself constantly started a conversation on this topic and tried to somehow press his position, which, I'm sorry, I didn't care.
I don't know why everything is so bad with the staff and what they can be praised for. But I certainly don't have anything to do. Lazy, unforgiving, those who have no place to work in the service sector. But I understand that this is the position of the hotel owner to keep such people in his team. Just a fat minus.
Another downside is that the pool opens at around 10 a. m. and closes at 6:30 p. m. in the heat of the day, when those who like to relax by the pool can still lie down. The hotel does not have sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach near the sea, despite the fact that the sea and the beach are across the street. This is just a huge minus for the owner and the hotel staff.

And on a positive note - the sea. It is wonderful))) the beach is also beautiful everywhere, pebbles. Sunbeds and umbrellas can be taken to a cafe on the beach after buying a cocktail. Good music, beach, water, delicious food right in a cafe on the coast.
It is a 20-minute walk from the hotel. If you want beautiful views, sandy beaches, then go to the beaches of Falasarna, Balos, Elafonnisi. It's just wonderful and relatively far to drive there. Therefore, mast hev on the island of Crete)))

I wrote such a detailed review to convey the general atmosphere of the hotel, and also hoping that it will be useful to someone. The hotel is generally normal, except for the staff. The staff should be motivated, they should know the basics of communicating with vacationers and be more polite and attentive, since this is a service area. I pay a tip for good service, not up front to be noticed at least once in a while.
