For 10 whole days, two adults and two children "enjoyed" the noise of cars, the smell of sewage and the morning roar of garbage cans. No one even hinted at refunding the difference in payment for the rooms and the very unpleasantly callous attitude of the administration, not only in accommodation, but also in other matters: change of linen, quality of cleaning, lack of fumigators (we bought it ourselves), etc. Positive is the kitchen, the work of the staff in the restaurant, bars, on the beach. Many thanks to Inna, who works at the bar and helped resolve issues, although she had nothing to do with the administration. We draw the attention of the Millennium travel agency and everyone who plans a vacation through this company to the work of their employees. Olena's company representative is a scammer who dishonors the company and cheats tourists. On the day of arrival, she met us at the airport, gave out envelopes with the program, got off the bus on the way and the hotels appeared only one day to organize excursions, she did not solve the problem of accommodation, although she was constantly called. Moreover, we ordered a car rental through her, taking the money for 3 days, the car was provided for two, and the third was driven after lunch. Naturally, we didn’t go anywhere, the day was gone, and when we demanded a refund for the disrupted day, Olena told us that this was not her competence. Advice to vacationers: book all excursions in the village, cheaper and with food, rent a car too, the beach with children is excellent, not counting the unpleasant sediment, you can relax here, and bypass Olen by the tenth road!
