If there are better and more expensive available rooms, then they will certainly be given to you without any additional payment, do not hesitate! This happened to us and to our friends, whom we met 3 days after the settlement. On top: children's room and animation, housekeeping, evening shows! You will not be bored, despite the fact that this is a very calm, cultural and family hotel. The beach is quartz sand 100 meters wide! It's just a paradise for children - caring animation and arrangement of a children's room are beyond praise! The food is not perfect, but very, very culturally useful! Evening shows are different every day - these are really invited ballets, musicians, magicians, etc. , and not performances by local animation (although their performances were always on top)! Service and culture throughout the hotel at 5+! Even the room cleaners speak English! I would especially like to note the professionalism of the Russian-speaking reception managers SERGIO and TAMARA - super-respectful attitude towards customers, instant help in any situation!
