Large green area (mini botanical garden). Three outdoor pools are conveniently located. Sun loungers are placed throughout the territory (on the beach, by the pools, by the bungalows).
The service is very good: attentive staff at the reception, the rooms are cleaned every day, the restaurant serves very quickly). Upon check-in, they brought a bottle of wine and a fruit basket to the room.
The beach is very clean. Make sure there are no strangers. We went at the beginning of the season, so the animation was mostly in German. There were no problems with the language on the reshepshe (they spoke in English).
The food is very varied and plentiful. Large selection of dishes. Once a week themed dinners in the main restaurant (we got Italian and Japanese). On ordinary days, dishes from 3-4 countries are presented on the buffet. There were also paid themed dinners. The hotel is conveniently located: 7-10 min. by taxi to Heraklion or min. 15 by bus.
