Somehow we agreed to be patient until the morning, but oh, horror, on the trail. day it turned out that in the main building again there were no places. We to the guide , she says . that nothing can do, no seats and all. At our request to provide us with tickets for an early flight back to Moscow, they offer to move to another hotel!! ! Having opened it on the Internet, and it turned out that you also have to pay 1 euro for 30 minutes, they were horrified. It turned out that the hotel is located on top of a cliff, 600-700 m to the sea along a serpentine staircase, chapat about 40 minutes one way and meals HB, and we paid for all inclusive!! ! Right now I am writing and even remembering it is scary and disgusting that I had to experience it. We are in total despair! Only on the trail. day they gave us the key to the same Apollo building, only on the third floor, the room is a little better, but still, this building counts THREE STARS, and here I remind you, a voucher for Aphrodite Four stars, Standard room. On the demand to issue an official document stating that we were settled in a three-star building - also a complete refusal and appearance. that they do not understand anything in Russian. In general, we lived there for a week, with a sediment in our souls. A week later, they still decided to try their luck and came up again, motivating that the wife’s birthday was coming soon and they might take pity at least without spoiling the holiday in this super-hotel. And about a miracle! Almost kneeling, took pity! They gave me a room in the main building on the second floor, No. 621. This is a completely different matter. The room is large, bright, the condo works quietly, the plumbing is new, there is always water, clean white towels. Agree, everything is important on vacation. It turned out that Russians were being lodged in that terrible Apollo building and they didn’t care about the entries in the voucher. Dear compatriots!! ! This hotel is the cheapest four in Crete and Russians there, to put it mildly, are disliked, about this and their animation, they make fun of the behavior of Russians on the beach, although we had a case when a drunk German relieved himself right under a palm tree in a cafe !! ! If you want to have a good rest, with comfort and without nerves, we DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to ANYONE. The hotel is old and unkempt, just like its owner. Such a nasty old man, hanging around the hotel all day in dirty shorts and a stretched T-shirt. Torn umbrellas by the pool, dogs roam everywhere on the beaches, their excrement is all around, which is also terrifying. And so, the food is harmless, a lot of meat, very tasty mussels in sauce, not much fruit choice, everything is chopped, even kiwi was cut into 8 parts, peaches, for some reason, only canned. Disco until three in the morning. The sun loungers by the main pool at 7 am are already full of someone's clothes: somewhere a slap, somewhere a rag lies, waiting for the owner to crawl to 11-12.
