The travel agent gave us a link to Booking.

1. Check-in. We arrived at the hotel from the airport at 3:00 AM and were checked into our room at 3:00 PM. We offered to pay for early check-in, but they refused.

2. The room was clean and cozy, with a balcony and a sea view. They cleaned and changed the linens and towels every day. For the last three days, they haven't brought us bottled water.

3. The hotel grounds are small (for a 5-star hotel), but there's plenty of greenery. The majority of the guests are pensioners. The food is not for everyone.

4. Check-out. We were checked out at 11:00 AM. The bus to the airport left at 12:15 AM. They refused to extend our stay and took our hotel bracelets. We spent 12 hours loitering hungry on the beach until the bus to the airport, where hotel security chased us away because we didn't have our bracelets.

5. We don't want to return to this hotel and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
