There are no cockroaches and no rubbish, the water was always hot. The bed was not changed even once in a week, but this is normal for 2 stars. They were cleaned every other day, also quite normal, the garbage was taken out every day. And the mother herself is removed. Pros: sleep there, wash too, air conditioning, TV with 2 Russian channels. Cons: audibility is just n....you can hear how they are talking in the next room, we were afraid to even talk loudly at all.
