The Republic of Belarus is located on a hill, there are many trees, shrubs, etc. There is a type of small menagerie on the way to the sea (turtles there, donkeys). You should not look for any architectural delights in Belarus. Well, I didn't see it. Yes, and it’s not necessary, because Hersonissos begins right outside the gate - shops, cafes, restaurants and all that). Many again points of rental of any transport. My room is spacious, but nothing special, just to sleep, take a shower, dry off. The bathroom has liquid soap dispensers attached to the walls. There is a safe in the room, but you can use it by paying 2.5 euros per day + a refundable deposit of 20 euros. The air conditioner worked, no insects were noticed, there were no unpleasant odors, there were no equipment malfunctions. There are 2 Russian channels on TV, and for some reason one of them is RBC (! ). The hotel also has internet, but I didn't use it. I love the sea, but it should be noted that there is a good swimming pool in Belarus. It is relatively large, with depth differences from 1.1 to 4 meters. The pool has a good view of the sea, there are sun loungers and large umbrellas. It is clear that the earlier you arrive, the more likely you are to take your favorite place. Mattresses for deckchairs are paid - about 2 euros a day (payment on the spot in the snack bar). There are also several children's pools. In general, the hotel has a lot of couples with children, and as I understand it, there is a good children's animation. Children are at ease there, to the point that in the dining room they have free access to free ice cream (! ), And of good quality. In general, I liked the food in Belarus - both the quantity and quality are at a good level. Fish, poultry, meat, vegetables and fruits, desserts and all that. Again, this is my humble taste. You can eat continuously from morning to evening. At the hotel, I mostly drank local wine, but there is any accompanying alcohol. Drinking water (for bottling) is available only at catering points - canteen, snack bars, pool bars and lobby bar. Anything during the day yes works. The staff is adequate, there are Russian speakers, but it is better to have a minimum level of knowledge of English. Russians live in the hotel, but do not dominate. There are many English, French, Germans in the hotel, there are Poles and some other Slavs. To the sea to go 10-15 minutes. The hotel minibus also runs several times a day (travel is free). Before the sea it is necessary to cross two roads (there are underground passages, but the passage under the first one with heavy traffic is located much to the left of the exit from the territory of the Republic of Belarus). The beaches are municipal. There are cleaner beaches and not so much. Admission is free, but sun loungers and umbrellas must be paid for. On the sand and on your own towel - for free. On the beach directly opposite the Republic of Belarus (Star Beach Village area) - these are 2 and 3 euros, respectively. A special person walks along the beach with a portable cash register, issues checks. But on other beaches I saw special offers - 2 euros for everything. It is clear that the equipment is all used. At the same time, in shops you can buy a wicker bedding, a towel and a folding umbrella. All this will cost 10-15 euros. Well, and so for information - a bottle of drinking water about 1 liter. - about 1 euro, a large mug of local beer 2-3 euros. The most party place in Hersonissos is just the Star Beach area - slides, bungee, karting, minigolf, discos. Lots of youth. Free foam discos during the day. In general, I think that RB is suitable for families with children.
