We stayed for a week at the beginning of May. About the service at the hotel - very pleasant staff, always meets the wishes, polite. Cleaning was done every day. We had breakfast and dinner included. Breakfast is quite normal - there is a choice, and fruits, and yogurt, and something sweet, honey, ham, cheese. This is the most standard breakfast in Greek hotels. Since we went to Santorini, and stayed there with an overnight stay at the hotel, the breakfasts did not differ in fact.
About the rooms: they are small. There is no sea view (well, a small piece of the sea from any balcony in the hotel does not count)! This is important, because in the price lists of travel agencies a room with a sea view costs a little more than usual (we ordered the sea view). When we were settled, there was no view of the sea, but the most important thing was that our shower had only a curtain, that is, there were no glass shutters in it . . And you yourself can understand this - a constant puddle in a small bathroom. But we immediately asked the administrator to provide a choice among other rooms. And we chose a very nice room - like everyone else it was not big, but the shower was full and the air in the room was fresh (when viewing there were a couple of rooms that smelled of dampness). BUT I don't think that during the high season, in July-August they will be able to provide a choice. Because at the beginning of May the hotel was almost empty. .
In general, we were satisfied with the hotel - everything is clean, the food is ok (we had dinner there a couple of times - and it was very good, both meat and fish and a large selection of side dishes). But most importantly, the staff is happy to hear the wishes of customers! And the hotel is designed for those who will not sit in it!

As for the holiday itself - we liked everything. We consider a trip to Santorini a must - because such magic must be seen, felt. In Crete, we went several times to Heraklion (we liked it very much). They were also in the Palace of Knossos, Agios Nikolaos, and Malia. The food in the taverns is great, the portions are big. Fruits, vegetables, fresh juices - in abundance! I wish you all a good holiday!
