I rested in this hotel together with my daughter 4.5 years old from June 01.2011 to June 11.2011, the tour cost 62.000 rubles with a flight from Moscow. The impression of the hotel is mostly positive except for the animation. So, in order: first we were settled in a two-story room!! ! (designed for 6 people), but it was dark and it smelled terribly of dampness, as a result, at the reception I asked for a different room, without any problems and surcharges they gave another one, which we really liked, it was bright for 4 people, with a large balcony , with good beds, good bathroom. The beach is very close to the hotel and very good, clean sand, it’s just a song for children, you can’t get away from castles and digging ditches by the ears))) And the sea is clean and beautiful, I was pleased with the entry into the sea, just for children - 30 meters of the coast is shallow. The food is varied, a lot of meat dishes, if something ended, then they immediately brought more. The staff is very friendly, if you contact some kind of request, they will immediately answer everything and help if necessary. While the staff does not speak Russian so hot, but this did not interfere with understanding each other if necessary. The territory is beautiful, all in flowers and greenery. Rooms are cleaned every day, linen is changed once a week, towels are changed more often. The only negative was the lack of Russian animation for children, children's discos were mostly in German, since the vast majority of children there are from Germany. But 2 animators speak Russian tolerably, and in the kids club they could speak Russian children. Indeed, the village of Stalida, in which this hotel is located, is a very nice place, and souvenirs there are the cheapest in the Heraklion district. All in all I would recommend this hotel!
