Then there were a couple of hours at the airport before check-in, and then the flight was also delayed for 6 hours due to a strike in Greece and a closed airport. Arrived at the hotel at night. We were registered, quickly fed sandwiches. At one o'clock in the morning, I went to bed. I had breakfast and dinner. I had to get up early all the time. T. to breakfasts early and dinners from 19-21. The hotel is not big. Two dining rooms. One for those who have all inclusive and is located directly in the hotel, the other for those who have other packages, in another building. They fed well. For lunch, she ate what she brought with her: sausages, cookies, carrots, etc. unfortunately never ate in their local taverns. They say it's not expensive and delicious. Hotel on the beach, 50 m to the water. As they write in many reviews, it is better to swim on the side behind the jugs. There is generally clean sand and no stones at the bottom. In other places, sharp rocks, stones, you can run into. There are no hedgehogs anywhere! The hotel rooms are not big. You can hear very well what is going on. All the time you can hear how the suitcases of people arriving and leaving go on the tiles and rattle. Once behind the wall I heard someone vomit. The hotel is international: Germans, British, Estonians, Russians, Lithuanians. Of the 7 days of rest, 4 were rainy. Traveled around the island for 3 days in a row. I got on the bus in the center of Malia, reached Heraklion, and then from the bus station to Rethymnon and Chania. Although far from the hotel 4-6 hours drive, but it was worth it. Very nice and unusual. Heaven on Earth. When it rains there is nothing to do in the hotel. Stayed for 1 day, so tired. No animation, nothing. I sat on the Internet for a fee, went back and forth in the building, watched TV. In general, at the end of the season there is not particularly interesting in terms of entertainment. All clubs are closed, there are few people, there is no animation and the weather is getting autumn. As the workers said, the season is from May to the end of September. October was already the end of the season. After me, there were still acquaintances who said that they also had a load of rain later. Good staff, friendly. especially the receptionist Yannis and the guys from the bar. they are generally pranksters and lovers of pozazhigat with girls. On the way back, the flight was delayed by 4 hours. I had to spend the night at the Riga airport, and in the morning again by bus for 6 hours to Tallinn. Despite a few hiccups, the trip was great. It's been almost a year now and I remember it fondly!
