Finally, this year my friend and I got to the sunny island of Crete. We came to rest in the month of June for three put on. We lived in an apartment called Chrysa. By the way, the apartments are named after the owner Chris. I would like to note right away that Chris is a friendly and hospitable hostess, and her husband is a separate frame. Too cheerful person and how she gets along with her : D
The apartments have wonderful rooms, everything was always clean and tidy, towels and linen were changed at our request. The hosts were always happy to help us and fulfill any of our requests. The rooms have everything you need not only for spending the night, but also for cooking. Ohhh, and we cooked delicious food here! Also according to the recipes of our lovely hostess. It was a very tasty cake when we arrived. I could not resist and asked for the recipe for this wonderful pie. During our stay, I could not resist and cooked it. Several times the hostess personally invited us to her place for dinner, we gladly accepted her invitations. So we didn't go hungry here. We cooked either ourselves, whether Chrissa herself treated us or went to local taverns located along the main beach.
Speaking of the beach. Municipal beach with azure water and calm warm sea. The local beach is 100 points on a 100-point scale. The infrastructure near the apartments is quite well developed, there are supermarkets, cafes, coffee shops, pharmacies, taverns, ATMs, souvenir shops. Basically everything you need. And if you want to go to the capital of the island, the city of Heraklion and shop there, then you can easily do it by public transport. The bus to Heraklion runs every hour from stops and hotels in the village. Three weeks flew by like three days for us. I want to come back here again, which we plan to do in September-October. Crete and Agia Pelagia are waiting for us, we will see you again soon!! !
