We rested in this hotel from 17.06 2 weeks) with a family with 2 children (2 and 9 years old). I chose this one separately for its family, I wanted something small, cozy, sincere (in the reviews earlier they wrote a lot about this). As a result, even with my positive attitude, I am very disappointed with the attitude. A few examples: we had dinner and in the evening wanted to come in and take ice cream to the children, we were quite categorically refused (they say you can’t go and eat there? here... ). We bought Peppermint tea to brew for the kids, poured boiling water into our bottle in the restaurant, brewed our tea and went with a bottle of brewed tea to the pool, the guy from the Reception immediately appeared (in my opinion the most unpleasant type in the whole hotel) and started talking, that cannot be endured, we explained that this is our tea (in the end, he left without even apologizing). Recently the hotel lost water. Noon, heat, there is no water in the hotel at all. I asked the girl who serves in the restaurant (name is Popi - by the way, she is the best of all the representatives of the hotel administration) to pour water at least for the child (she allowed). As soon as I approached the water machine, this guy from the reception again ran into me (with cries of madam, no water !!! ). Fortunately, Popi joined the conversation and the child drank a glass of water... suddenly the water disappeared even in the rooms (neither in the tap nor in the toilet bowl). When I asked this guy from the reception for at least a bucket (to flush the toilet, because the wonderful aroma spreads very quickly in the heat), he happily pretended not to understand, saying that you had a small problem, and I had a global one, waved it off and left (((In general, a very strange attitude towards customers... This year, by the way, there is a large influx of Russian tourists, perhaps the hotel is not designed for this, but we are not to blame, and we would like a more humane attitude. By the way, we have a stable family vacation once a year , but I encountered such an attitude for the first time... From the pros: the food is delicious (but not very diverse - this is not Turkey), we reached the beach with the children in 15 minutes (although the baby was in a stroller) (to go not along the main street, but along more In general, we definitely won’t come back here again and I won’t be able to recommend this hotel to my friends either. . . alas…
