Good afternoon. We are resting in Crete for the third time. The Dessole Dolphin Bay hotel was visited for the first time, the impressions are excellent! Very friendly welcome, seated right away. The staff is trying for the guests, it shows. No need to ask several times, any problem is immediately solved. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are slightly outdated and need updating. but overall it's ok. We were given a room in the main building on the 3rd floor 341, spacious, large bed, comfortable pillows, TV, powerful air conditioning, spacious closet. The sea is clearly visible from the room. Bathroom with a beautiful finish, there is a necessary amount of hygiene items of excellent quality, towel sets, slippers, bathrobes. The soundproofing is excellent, the noise from the street is not heard. The room is clean, cleaned regularly, leave water and fruit. There was a little problem with the refrigerator - the water was freezing - the reception immediately responded and fixed it. Bed linen and towels were brought clean and fresh, without stains, not washed out. Beach towels were given out and changed at the bar, near the pool. By the way, the pools are clean, the water is cool, there are plenty of sun loungers. . But we love beach holidays more, so we didn’t rest by the pool. The beach is very, just very clean, the sand is light. The water is azure, in the morning when the sea is calm - you can see the bottom. There were several days that the waves rolled huge, almost did not swim. But, they burned super. The hotel has a fairly well-groomed and large territory, greenery, palm trees, a lot of flowers, paths, a neat lawn, there is no garbage anywhere. The food was impressive, a lot of simple, but tasty and interesting dishes. Every day something new, varied and balanced combination of meat and vegetables, side dishes. There are several types of meat daily, vegetables and fruits too. Fish was a couple of times, I would like more seafood. Special thanks for the desserts - very tasty! Drinks are good. During breaks, you can have a bite to eat in a bar or in a cafe (there is simply the best pizza we have eaten). The guests of the hotel are entertained by animators, cheerful and perky guys, they let no one get bored. Sports activities are held in the mornings, and shows for children and adults in the evenings. For small purchases, you can walk to the nearest village, where we rented a car. I liked the hotel, it's nice to be here. Created a cozy atmosphere, friendly attitude towards guests. My highest recommendation for the hotel!
