In Ukraine, I bought a package tour to a 4 * hotel - Dessole Malia Beach. Upon arrival, my family and I were placed in room 710 in the Primavera building. But Primavera Beach Malia is a completely different hotel next door (www. primaverabeachmalia. gr).
Part of the Primavera Beach Malia hotel is located behind the mesh fence from the Dessole hotel, but with the possibility of access to the Dessole territory.
In our tourist voucher for the settlement, in the column "hotel" it is indicated - 4 * Dessole Malia Beach, in the column "number" it is indicated - room Primavera.

Tour site. The Pegasus operator wrote only information on these numbers, but there is not a single photo. Also, on the Pegas website there is a link to the official website of the Dessole Malia Beach hotel - https://malia-beach. hotelrunner. com, but there is not a single mention of the Primavera building and rooms on the territory of the Dessole hotel. On some of the most famous hotel booking sites, there is also not a single mention of any buildings and rooms with the name Primavera on the territory of the Dessole Malia Beach hotel.
The Pegas company, together with the administration of the Dessole Malia Beach hotel, settled us in a hotel that we did not book and they categorically refuse to change the hotel for us. And instead of a 4 * hotel, which is indicated in our voucher, we have to live in a 2 * hotel with a child.
Yes, we have Dessole hotel bracelets and have the opportunity to use the entire infrastructure of this hotel, including the restaurant. BUT, in fact, we do not live in a 4 * hotel, where we were issued according to the documents, but in a neighboring 2 * hotel.
Also, this is indicated by the fact that we paid a tourist tax when checking into a hotel for 12 days in the amount of only 6 euros - this is the amount for the hotel category 1-2 * (0.5 euros per day). Although, as we booked a 4 * hotel, we had to pay a tax of 36 euros for 12 days - 3 euros per day.
So, as on the official website of the Dessole Malia Beach hotel, which I booked and paid for, there is no information and photos about the building and rooms with the name Primavera, and our room and the area around it make it possible to doubt the category of the hotel and the belonging of the Primavera building to the hotel Dessole Malia Bech, be careful not to ruin your holiday.
