Vacationing in Greece for the first time. The hotel was recommended by the tour operator Tui. The shuttle service is excellent, the hotel is decent for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The first week enjoyed the silence and beauty. A room with a sea view was booked from Moscow. Great view from the 4th floor balcony. The hotel has 79 rooms in total. There are not many vacationers. After a week, you begin to say hello to everyone. Russian majority. The hotel has a Russian speaking waiter Yuri from Russia. She has been living in Crete for 10 years and helps to communicate with the staff. The food is not very varied, but the food is very tasty. There was not a single case of poisoning (this is the first time in our family). In Turkey and Egypt there was constant indigestion. The sea is beautiful, the beach, however, is small, but very clean. The hotel does not have its own beach, although it stands on the seashore. The sun is insidious especially after 11 am. In the evening you can sunbathe calmly after 17-30 local time. From entertainment in the hotel only billiards-2 euros per hour and Internet 1 euro-15 minutes. After 10 days of rest, my daughter became bored, then she met her peers and began to go to an Internet cafe on the main street (1 hour - 1 euro). Excursions were taken in the agency on the street (we went to the island of Santorini, Cretan evening, South coast). Delighted with excursions. The savings (when compared with the guide) are huge! We rented an ATV and a scooter, drove along the coast, went to a large aquarium (entry 9 euros) near the former military base. On the beach, 2 sunbeds and an umbrella cost 8 euros. The three of us rested for two weeks and on the last day we got the money back, nice! The staff at the hotel is very friendly. The room was cleaned every day, just like in Turkey and Egypt they put flowers out of things on the beds (for only 1 euro). And the towels were all changed every day, which was very surprising. Before leaving, I read reviews on this hotel, people complained that they rarely changed linen and towels. We've got it all backwards. I forgot, there is no air conditioner as such, there is a system that starts to cool only in the morning. Some people sleep with an open balcony. If you choose between Turkey, Egypt and Greece, then only Greece. But the world is big, we want to see as many countries as possible.
