Good day to all!
We spent two weeks with family in this hotel.
So in order:
At the airport, the meeting party was the company Legrand.
After transporting all the tourists to the hotels, we finally arrived in Malia (where the hotel is located). To an unpleasant surprise, they didn’t drive us to the hotel, citing that there was nowhere to turn around, but dropped us off 70 meters from it and said “they say go straight, you will find it”... by the way, it will be said that many students work in Crete, in particular Russian speakers . After we arrived at the hotel, for reasons unknown to us, they could not accommodate us, but settled in a neighboring one. Of course, in that hotel they didn’t give us a VIP room))) During the night, mosquitoes bitten my wife and child so much (there was a whole colony living in their bathroom), that when looking at them, there was a feeling that they had chickenpox.

By the way, the reception is not Russian-speaking, but only Russian-speaking students who work there from May to October.
The next day we were put in a room already in our hotel, though again not in the one that we booked (we booked a VIP room) - they gave a standard, it is much smaller.
After a terrible night with mosquitoes - we were happy with this room.
In addition, we were given bracelets with Ultra All included instead of just All, which gave the right to drink all alcoholic drinks in the bar and the right to one free romantic dinner, as well as 20 euros per person.
Internet wi-fi is, but!! ! it is paid (6 euros 2 hours - billing per minute, or 24 hours - 14 euros, valid 24 hours after the first entry). Free Wi-Fi is available at McDalads
The rooms are really clean and updated with 21" LCD TVs. 2 channels in Russian - ORT and RTR planet
Nutrition, unlike Turkey, is much better - more and more often natural meat, not soy. The food is not very varied, but of high quality.
Cocktails in the bar are paid, only the cocktail of the day is free (for us it was at least).
On Sunday, so to speak, "brunch" (this is not related to time) with champagne. The champagne is very tasty.
BBQ Wednesdays. From fruits - two types of apples (also very tasty), watermelon and melon, kiwi, pear. There are much fewer sweets in comparison with Turkey, but also nothing.
The hotel area is very small compared to the hotels nearby.
If you have rights, rent a car, and not through a guide on excursions, it's more interesting and cheaper. The island is 270 km long and 60 km wide. You can travel around the whole island. The cheapest tour is 50 euros. The cheapest car rental is also 50 euros per day, but here you don’t depend on anyone, and you can go wherever you want.
If you don’t have a license, you can travel to see the nearest cities by bus from 2 euros to 7.5 for two people. We ourselves went to Agios Nikolaos and Heraklion, took a walk and looked.
If you eat with a child, be sure to go to the Cretan Aquarium! 6 euros per adult, but there is something to see. True 15 minutes walk from the bus stop.

In general, plus or minus I liked it.
True, in the second week of rest it was stormy, and most of the alluvial sand on the beach was washed away to stones. In order to enter the sea, it was necessary to wade 2 meters along the cobblestones....then, of course, the sand remained. The plus that covers the small minuses of this hotel is the beach (before the storm).
The rating of the hotel is 4, not higher.
