To begin with, I chose the hotel based on positive reviews and beautiful photos. Did not guess. Perhaps my review for those who have something to compare. We flew over Pegasus. They list this hotel as 5 stars. In the end, it turned out that there was a change in the owner of the hotel, and with it the entire staff. Next in order. The review will be long. All on emotions. I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW AND NOT TO MAKE A MISTAKE. 1. Interior and atmosphere. Sanatorium with canteen. The hotel has reopened after renovations. There are NO pictures, no nice design, no green territory, flowers, trees. NOTHING. There was not even a sprig on the tables in the restaurant. The bar is not decorated, there is no feeling of joy from contemplation. Poor beach area. The rooms (in particular the standard) are very small, there is no place for suitcases. Usually hotels have special tables. Not even a mirror in the room. Only in the wardrobe in the corridor. Replacement for a suite 40 euros per day. too expensive in my opinion. Blankets - bedspreads. Plush. Who make the bed. No others. The pillows and mattresses are extremely uncomfortable. Audibility is unreal. If someone is talking in the next room or smoking, the smell and sound even in your toilet. The hotel is located directly in the village. Come out and there is where to walk, restaurants, shops and so on. 2. Service. It doesn't exist at all. Only the girls at the reception are very responsive, but when asked why, they shrug their shoulders. Change of beach towels is possible only 2 TIMES A WEEK! ! The bed linen in the room was not changed even once, the shower gel was given one for two and for the whole time until I started to demand it. You can get drinking water only in a restaurant, and only with a glass)). One welcome bottle was placed in the room upon arrival. The mini bar is empty. You can't even buy. Brad in my opinion. They don't earn. When I asked where to get water, they offered in the store opposite. This is an all-inclusive system! There are no tables on the beach next to the sunbeds. No glass to put, no things to put. As you wish. There was not enough staff in the hotel. The restaurant has an eternal problem with the set tables and the availability of appliances. To get something you need to run after the waiter. They are poor students, they don’t understand what to do, they don’t have time for anything and everything is in soap. It's just pitiful to watch. On the beach, no one will come up to you to offer a drink or something else. The bar is open only from 10 to 18 beach, sometimes the bar in the hotel works. In turn. At lunch, coffee and tea only at the bar))) if you want to drink tea, go to the beach after dinner. Stupidity beyond reason. There is only one bartender, there is always a line. The pool is closed after 6pm. Drinks after 23 paid. They don't have bracelets. You take a drink at the bar, fill out the receipt)) Idiocy! 3. Nutrition. The first two days were terrible. One pasta. Then, with the filling of the hotel, the kitchen woke up. Basically everything is edible. Just no seafood at all. Pinned over spaghetti with crab sticks. The fish is always the same and obviously old and frozen. The meat is delicious, the bread is very tasty. Here the wine was bad, the cheapest. 4. Animation Sometimes entertaining evenings were arranged. Quite worthy. Only you need to take a place in advance, because there is an open veranda of the restaurant, and there are limited tables. From some rooms you can watch the sea. Not everything is visible, but quite bearable. But you can hear it in such a way that you won’t be able to sleep even if you close the balcony) Here I read other reviews that are satisfied and laudatory and insulting. Either the change of ownership really affected the hotel, or the people who write better have not seen anything. But this is the opinion of everyone with whom I had to communicate in the hotel. Even the Greeks were outraged. We took a car and drove around the island. Super roads, there are serpentines, but not so scary. I highly recommend Rethymno and Chania, as well as Agios Nicholas. Creepiest cities. Heraklion is nothing. If you are going to Santorini on your own, take care of your ferry tickets in advance. We didn’t get in, there were no tickets back, and the hotel was booked ((I DO NOT advise you to go on the Palm Paradise tour. A long road, there is nothing there. Even sunbeds on the beach. A few palm trees and that’s it. The same ones grow near the hotel. In short, the time spent.
