1. The hotel was chosen on the recommendation of a travel agent. Of course, no one warned us that 24-hour access to water (or at least water in the mini-fridge in the room) and towels are not included in the room.

We arrived at 6 o'clock in the morning and of course there was no early check-in, we were informed that they would check-in from 11 o'clock in the afternoon and we cannot have breakfast according to the all-inclusive system, because our all-inclusive starts after our check-in. Therefore, if you want to go, it is 5 euros. Well, to be honest, it is clear here that you pay and you will already be settled. There are no complaints about this. But the receptionist who drove us to the 5th level with suitcases (there is no bellboy) did not inform us that it is possible to go up from the other side of the road and we dragged these suitcases in our hands to the 5th floor.
3. Food. I will say this, you will always find something to eat, but you will feel when there are managers in the hotel - everything will suddenly become premium and 4 stars. And the Soviet canteen will become a restaurant.
4. The hotel is very quiet, not always even the lounge plays at the pool.
