We rested with two small children (1.5 and 3.5 years old) from May 5 to May 14. Booked through the travel agency "Let's go with us! " (tour operator "Join up! ").
The road from the airport to the hotel took about 50 minutes, we stopped at three hotels along the way. They settled in right away.
The only thing that upset: we ordered a Family Room (double bed and sofa) on the first floor, we were given a Triple Room. They cost the same, although the Family category room is slightly larger. The hotel manager said that the tour operator booked the Triple Room for us. It would be possible to find out further through the hotel guide and try to change, but, by and large, they got used to the room right away, it even seemed to us more convenient, so we stayed there.

Cleaned up daily. I can say to fans of the "Inspector General" that there was a little dust under the beds, hairs under the mattresses too, but overall it was clean. Towels are changed as needed (as everywhere, put dirty towels in the bathroom or on the floor, and they are changed). The bed was changed three times in 10 days. The staff is polite, attentive.
Our room had three beds (two large and one small), two bedside tables, 3 wall lamps, one floor lamp, a table with a mirror, a chair with a glass coffee table, a TV, a refrigerator, there is a mini-safe for an additional fee. At the entrance there is a wardrobe for things: medium in size, but it was enough for us. The room has a large balcony overlooking the pool and garden. From the balcony you can see the sea. There are two plastic chairs and a table on the balcony.
The bathroom is finished with marble. There is a washbasin, toilet bowl, bathroom, mirror, liquid soap dispenser. Ordinary soap was given at first three pcs. , More of its stocks were not replenished. No other perfumes and cosmetics were given. Also in the bathroom is a hair dryer: ordinary, without any frills.
The food is quite balanced, high quality, tasty. The only small minus: breakfast, although very varied, but the same every day. In principle, you notice this on the eighth day, and some do not notice at all. What is offered for breakfast: three types of scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, tomatoes baked with cheese, pancakes, bacon, toasted bread with sugar, pasta, tomatoes, cucumbers, three types of cheese, three types of yogurt, three types of sausage, milk porridge, several types of cereal with milk, fruit, jam, chocolate, etc. And this is every day. That is, if desired, breakfasts can be varied, and you will not get bored with them.

Lunches and dinners are already much more varied and different: necessarily several types of meat and fish, side dishes, pasta (usually two types at least). One type of vegetable soup is served for lunch and dinner (different for lunch and dinner). The soup is more like a liquid cream soup. Nearby are croutons, herbs and other fillers for soup. We liked it. At the same time, those who are used to rich Ukrainian borscht and soups for lunch will have to take a break from them. Lots of vegetables and salad dressings. A lot of fruits. Wine and beer were available for lunch and dinner in the restaurant.
The staff in the restaurant is very attentive, they serve tables for the next visitors very quickly, so there was no tension with the seats. You could eat on the terrace overlooking the sea: very cool. True, when there was a strong wind, part of the terrace was closed.
Lunch boxes for excursions were not given, but in the evening it was possible to take fruits and make sandwiches. It was also possible to arrange an early breakfast (tea, sandwiches).
In the bars near the pool and on the beach all day long alcoholic drinks, beer, tea, coffee, juices, ice cream, sandwiches, pizza, popcorn, cakes, soups.
The territory is large, green, very well-groomed. Three large pools, one small children's pool. There is a beach volleyball court, tennis court, mini golf, table tennis, gym. The pools are clean.
The beach is quite wide and sandy. The depth of the sea increases very gradually. Sunbeds and umbrellas in sufficient quantity. They didn't charge for them. Beach towels are issued at the reception, they are changed strictly from 7 to 11 am. They ask to change no more than once every three days, but if necessary, change at least every day. Near the beach rental of catamarans, jet skis and other water attractions. Catamarans - 25 euros / hour, but they gave us a discount of 10 euros. They said that there is a special discount for residents of Sirens Beach. Jet skis - 50 euros for 15 minutes.
Animation in German and English. I speak English, so I didn't have any problems. Every day there were competitions in water polo, volleyball, every other day competitions in table tennis, darts, mini-golf. In the morning there were fitness classes, in the afternoon - water aerobics. Separate animation for children (also in German and English). In the evening in the club "Palladium" entertainment program (we went once, got to the Greek dance group: interesting and unusual).
Nice playground with slides and swings.

I advise you not to rent a car and excursions at the hotel: they are much more expensive there. If you leave the hotel, turn right and walk 200 meters, you will see the Malia Cars office. An excursion to Santorini cost us 118 euros / person, and at the hotel the same cost 155 euros. Car rentals from "Malia Cars" are also cheaper. They took "Hyuindai Getz" for one day - 29 euros (if you take it for several days, it will be cheaper). Child seats for free, navigator - as agreed. The first time they paid 5 euros per day, the second time they left a deposit of 50 euros, which was taken away upon the return of the car. Be sure to take a navigator, without it it is difficult. The roads in Crete are not bad, we did not notice any problems with traffic: we went to Knossos, and to Heraklion, and along the serpentine to Mochos. As long as the basic rules were followed, there were no problems. By the way, "Malia Cars" employs girls who speak excellent Russian and will always tell you about the features of excursions, cars and other points of interest to you.
Souvenirs and gifts were also bought outside the territory: at the exit of the hotel to the right, and after 50 meters the first open shop on the left. By the way, there is also a Russian-speaking seller.
One of the negatives of the hotel is the lack of free Wi-Fi. Paid works throughout the hotel: in the rooms, near the pool and on the beach. Card for 200 minutes - 10 euros, for 500 - 20 euros. You can enter and exit an infinite number of times. There is a card for 7 days - 50 euros. This option has no time limit. Also in the lobby there are computers with Internet access (+ microphone and headphones): 15 minutes - 0.5 euros.
And one more thing: if you are with children and there is a choice of a room, take a room with a view not of the garden and pool, but of the sea. The fact is that near the pool there is a summer terrace of the bar, which is open until one in the morning. It's very noisy there. With the balcony door closed, it is tolerable, but if you want to sleep with fresh air, then the door will be opened only after one in the morning.
I will say that the small minuses did not affect our vacation at all: Sirens Beach has very friendly and pleasant staff who do their job so quickly and efficiently that you can hardly recognize Greeks in these people, who, according to many, will never go anywhere. hurry. The hotel is excellent, I recommend it to everyone!
