In general, compared to other hotels in Crete, our hotel was good. Excellent cuisine (suitable for all ages and desires - clean, European, delicious). Room cleaning is different (we have a bad one - although we complained several times, our friends have an excellent one), the sea is good (but an atoll passed 25 meters from the coast and it was problematic to swim across it, but they considered something with masks). The decoration of the room is ascetic (but everything is relatively new). The center of water entertainments (parachute, motorcycles) was at hand. The sea is calm in the morning and waves in the evening. Animation is modern and unfatiguing. Beach volleyball and aqua aerobics, a beach bar with snacks for those who wish to have all inclusive. We recommend going to Santorini (but better on a speedboat, because a big one is tiring). It’s better to go to the top on a donkey, but down - by cable car (but if you want extreme sports, then vice versa), the stalactite cave of Zeus is an amateur (you go with a sightseeing tour of the island, visit an Orthodox church, then you go high on foot into the mountains - it opens panoramic view, you are in the cave for 10 minutes and then go down, have lunch in a tavern, try to sculpt from clay - interesting not only for children, but also fun for adults); you can rent a car for 50 euros (as we did) and drove along the coast, then drove to mountain springs, and then to the Libyan Sea. In the evening, if you ride a motorized train, a beautiful view of the sea opens up! There are many shops on the coast, there are no shops. The people are benevolent.
