I'll try to be brief:
The hotel is good and real -5k, slightly old (repair 5-6 years old), but expensive plumbing jacuzzi. Roca. There are flaws for the picky, if you are annoyed by a sticky carnation or a crack on a stone countertop, it’s better not to go and don’t spoil the reviews The room - we had an excellent one, in the farthest building with a pool for 2 rooms - no one staggers in front of the room, no noise, beauty. Small, without any frills with a terrace on the second floor and in front of the entrance to the room pool, which is better than when the pool is for 1 room and the entrance is past it (although these are also good rooms).
They extended the room to 3 hours - 30 euros, our room was already waiting for other guests, so we were moved to another room, at the level of the main restaurant overlooking the sea, the room is smaller, other furniture and in front of the veranda everyone goes back and forth, we don’t like it . The hotel is spectacular, the views are simply amazing from many points. The food is super, better than in chic Turkey, there is everything from dietary and meat and fish and pizza (5 types from the oven, very delicious) and spaghetti (3 types, every day ), fish (shark, grilled and boiled, steam, fried, in batter, with and without sauce, mussels, octopuses with rice or spaghetti, grape snails, gave 4 times, kebabs, etc. ), lamb meat, pork , rabbit, goat, they even gave a deer and a pig, similarly in different interpretations and several different dishes at the same time) for Russians, buckwheat porridge, sauerkraut and dumplings. everything is very tasty! wine from bottles, both white and red, as for me is tastier than in Turkey (although I think that I was also in excellent hotels).

the attitude towards us personally is very good and friendly, both from the side of the waiters, bartenders or the manager in the restaurant, always good seats in the restaurant and 2 large bottles of wine for dinner.
The beach is normal, pebbles are small and large, you need slippers. Near the hotel there is MONONAFTIS beach (2 sunbeds and an umbrella 6 euros), close to shops and a tavern. Behind the white hotel there is a beach called Psaromura (min. 10 walk from the far building), we went there, we liked it better there.
The sea is amazingly clean, blue-blue. We were not lucky - the sea was terribly cold, we could not wear a mask and swim with it. it all depends on the course and it was only the last 2 days that it was invigorating.
The village of Agia Pelagia is a nice settlement, they have a sandy beach, shops, taverns within walking distance. (min. 30 walk)
The guide is more respectful to Maxim, for the first time they are satisfied with the guide (they didn’t use their services much before, because they were talking nonsense).
The reception is rather slow, like everywhere else, there is a Russian-speaking Lena, everything is faster with her. They don’t know Italian, German, more or less, almost everyone knows English.
Excursions are terribly expensive? which do not include entrance tickets and lunch! (min. 50 euros, for the whole day from 100 euros) We rented a car - great!
The contingent is 0 Poles, Germans, French and of course Russians, however, it’s not critical yet, and in extreme cases, you can transfer or find a place further away, but in our 11 days there were 3 groups with promotional tours from the tour agency, so if you still want to not to rest in a branch of the Moscow region (at best), hurry up, before everyone has found out about the hotel. Now I also think, maybe it was not worth praising like that? , what if we are going to rest here again!
