First of all, I will say . . hotel for 3+. I'll start with the cons! The hotel is on the 3rd lane, the 2nd road to go to the beach! Details below...We arrived at the hotel with the whole family with a 3-year-old child in early July, lived for a month. We booked a hotel at the end of February, because of this there were small problems, we paid for a room with a kitchen. The owner Thomas does not really honor such tourists, because in the season the room rate increases by 1.5 - 2 times. They tried to shove us into an economy room, kindly explaining that a room with a kitchen was expensive and we did not pay for it, and after long negotiations, he told us that these rooms did not belong to him at all, in short, he was cheating. Later, we learned from other vacationers that almost everyone went our way ...through an ECONOMY ROOM, WHICH IS SIMPLY TERRIBLE AND MUCH CHEAPER! The economy itself is 10 sq. m.
air conditioners do not work everywhere, at the entrance to the room a hose sticks out of the wall, wash immediately outside the door, step forward the toilet and opposite the small washbasin on the wall, then immediately the room started, the toilet and the beds are separated by a curtain !!! ! As it turned out later, not all economy houses have curtains!! ! The building is after renovation, but not everywhere, zero and first floor under the euro, the last, in the style of "country" and economy. There are no more than 28 rooms in total. On the ground floors it smells of dampness, in some places there is mold, because there are no windows at all, only the exit door to the courtyard! The main partitions are made of drywall, so there is no sound insulation! Thomas hangs people, throws them from room to room. In the end, we got to Villa Niki, which is adjacent to Anna Maria Paradise, the room was spacious with a kitchen, a huge balcony, air conditioning. Only one thing was embarrassing - a pallet with a curtain 80x80, water constantly poured overboard.
We went to eat at Anna Marie Paradise, swam in the pool several times. A week later, it was very noticeable that the pool was not cleaned at all, the water acquired a hazy greenish tint, the walls of the pool became slippery, the corpses of various insects floated on the surface . . bbbbbrrrrr. In a small pool at the bottom there was dirt that was not visible when the fountain and hydromassage were turned on, I managed to take a picture of this disgrace. Also, in a small pool, the manhole cover disappeared, I personally got into this hole with my foot and peeled off, the child can easily dislocate or break his leg, hitting it. Our requests to fix this problem have not been answered!

The food corresponds to a 3 * hotel, European breakfast: corn flakes, milk, powdered juice, sliced cheese, sausages, ham (not edible), olives, feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, pastries (so-so), portioned jams, honey, butter, bread, boiled eggs, often scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs and finally one of the following: fried sausages, fried bacon fried champignons all floated in olive oil - a blow to the pancreas! Dishes for dinner as well as for breakfast were repeated every 4-5 days! Dinner: Drinks are paid, we carried with us, sometimes we ordered beer . . a small mug 2.5 euros, ice cream from 2.5 euros, water 300 ml 0.5 euros. 2 side dishes: 1. pasta in different versions DAILY, 2. either potatoes or rice. Of the main ones, only ONE (no choice) is either meat, or chicken, or fish. Of the fruits, only watermelons and a couple of times unripe apricots, once - cherries and melons. THIS IS FOR A WHOLE MONTH! Baked vegetables, sometimes pasta salad, pickles, pastries! .
Something like this, we got tired of the food after a week, we went to the store, cooked in the room, which again disgusts the views of the owner, he is an ardent opponent to cook in the rooms, you need to buy food from him at the bar !!!!
The nearest village is Pefkohori, 300 meters away. There is a butcher's shop along the way without product prices! Fish shop, where there is always fresh fish and shrimp, the smell from it is certainly not very good, but the prices are quite reasonable! To the nearest supermarket from the hotel, or rather there are 2 of them opposite each other, 700 meters. Prices for the season increase, so approximately Moscow! Checks I advise you to check! CAN PUNCH THE GOODS TWICE!! ! In Orvantidis (yellow) supermarket, many speak Russian, in red only English! There is NO choice of fur coats, they have obviously been hanging there for more than a year, the price for a knee-length fur coat is from 2000 euros, absolutely none! For lovers of leather, there is something to dig into from 100 euros for a jacket ...The starting price of souvenirs is from 1 euro.
Now for the fun!
WE HAVE RESTED ON THE GLORY, a sea of impressions and pleasant emotions! People are friendly, smiling, love children! Numerous bars, cafes, restaurants with delicious and inexpensive food, huge portions.

The place is pleasant, the climate is mild, the heat and stuffiness begins in August! The water is just a fabulous color and extraordinary transparency, sand and pebbles, there are sandy beaches, white sand. The beach is 350 meters across the road. It is not problematic to cross, the traffic is not active, except on weekends, when locals, Romanians, Serbs and other border people come to rest. You have to walk through the parking lot, sometimes squeezing between cars and garbage cans, but this is only on weekends and not always! Then there is a narrow access road . . There are few people on the beaches, there are no problems with sunbeds, available at any time, paid 3 euros or a drink from the bar ..
You go to the main beach along the alley of the coastal restaurant AGISTRJ, the prices in it are impressive, as in the central restaurants of Moscow, on average, for a medium-sized fish, 50-60 euros.

The hotel entertains adults by arranging Greek evenings, although not every weekend, depending on the number of people, the entrance fee is 10 euros for adults, 5 euros for children from 3 years old. There is karaoke, and you can come off in Russian! Rock concerts, nothing for the kids at all, they entertained themselves as best they could, sometimes they went to the neighboring FLEGRA PALACE hotel, where the territory is large, beautiful, and there are playgrounds. Of course, there is something to see in Greece, but we chose short excursions from 2 hours to a place up to 3, of course, we sailed on a boat for 22 euros per adult, on Paralia pier. Athens 8 hours, Meteora 5 hours. You can read more about tours on the website. We rented a car for 50 euros a day, taking into account toll roads and gasoline, bus tours are cheaper.
Again, he will choose for himself what is best for him! Quad bike 25 euros per day. There are large baskets for children. There is no entertainment on the sea, this is not Turkey or Egypt for you! Relax in Greece! We have been flying here for 3 seasons, changing habitats, admiring and enjoying every day spent in this country! Have a nice holiday!
