Hi all! Just returned from sunny Greece! Relaxed just great! Still on emotions! )))
We went to Greece for the first time. The country is amazing! Sun, clear sea, wonderful beaches, hospitable locals!
Went with my husband and 5 year old daughter. On the advice of friends, travel agents and reviews on the Internet, we leaned towards Halkidiki, but could only afford a very economical option. Our choice fell on Artemis apartments.
At the airport, we were met by lovely girls from our tour operator, they handed out questionnaires on the bus, told us information about the country. To be honest, it was difficult to catch the information, because we turned our heads, looking at the fields, olive groves, mountains and the sea))))
We arrived quickly, we did not notice how we got there)

At the hotel we were met by a young charming Greek Babis - the owner of the hotel) He quickly settled us, helped us with everything. He speaks English, but we hardly. But during the entire holiday there were no problems in communication, we communicated on the fingers; ) The Greek open soul is amazing! The attitude towards the Russian people is amazing! ) And it’s not only Babis, indeed, all the locals always greeted us with sincere smiles and were ready to help with any questions)
We lived in a small room. If the daughter was already a teenager, it would be more difficult to fit in there. An extra bed interferes a little, but we were warned about this before buying the tour. The room is clean, modest, worth the price. We went, first of all, to the sea to swim and see the country, so the hotel and the room were not the most important for us)
The sea is not very far away, walked on foot. The beach is clean. On the waterfront there are taverns where you can eat. The prices are adequate. Nearby there is the village of Nea Moudania, where you can take a walk both during the day and in the evening, sit in cafes, go shopping. There are two
large supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, terminals, so there were no problems in these matters. By the way, on Wednesdays a large folk market opens there, where you can also take a walk, buy fresh fruits and vegetables, seafood and meat, olive oil and olives, cheeses and wine. Absolutely everything is homemade! )) Incredibly tasty, and it comes out cheaper)
