We rested this summer on the Halkidiki peninsula, at the Athos Palace hotel for 10 days. The hotel met all expectations, I liked the service, the territory, the food, the animation is good, and the sea is just great, even for the sake of the sea it is worth coming here.
I would like to start with a hotel. The territory of the hotel is large, well-groomed, clean everywhere, it was a pleasure to walk. The hotel was built in the Athos style, a large multi-storey building, at the entrance to the hotel you immediately feel a pleasant energy.

The room is comfortable, there is enough space, convenient for accommodation, but the interior of the room is a bit old. The view from the room to the sea was simply gorgeous, it seemed that we were about to be at the sea. Rooms are cleaned every day.
In addition, I want to note the restaurant, the food is very tasty, but there is not much variety, national evenings are held every few days, where we could enjoy Greek cuisine and Greek music. The staff speaks both Russian and English, each client has an individual approach, attentive and courteous.
Every day in the evening live music, as well as theme parties for young people every evening, children are entertained by animators. The pool is very good and big with fresh water, also literally 100-150 meters away is the sea, the sea made us very happy. It was so warm that I didn't even want to leave it. Not far from the hotel, we found the village of Afytos, which, as it turned out, is very beautiful, with a Greek flavor, it is located on the seashore and is famous for its seafood. We also visited the Enigma shopping center, which is only a 20-minute drive from the hotel, bought a lot of gifts for relatives (olives, olive oil, wine, Greek cosmetics, sweets). Many thanks to the hotel guides who were able to help us organize a trip to Athens. The rest went with a bang, we hope to return to Greece again!
