We booked a tour with TUI. The girl from the travel agency refrained from commenting on this hotel (she probably knew about that mess), and subtly hinted and recommended a completely different hotel. But we all the same "rested against the horn" and ordered ATOS PALACE pii...... , seduced by ALL INCLUSIVE pii....... ! We were two families, my wife and I and our friends with two children (14 and 15 years old). It all started with a settlement. We were settled without delay and the children of acquaintances at 18.00 (the room is not ready). I dare say that they insist on the release of the room at 11.00 and not at 12.00. The question arises: what did they do for 7 hours? We lived on the 8th floor, the room is standard as in all hotels, nothing superfluous, clean, comfortable, cleaned every day in good faith, changed bed linen and towels, for which many thanks to these women (as it turned out later, one of them spoke excellent Russian. ) But our friends were not lucky. Cleaned only-would not really even vacuumed, not to mention the change of linen and towels SILENT HORROR. If you still dare to go to this hotel, pay extra 100 EURO and take a room with a sea view. Our voucher included a mountain view. . Well, I think it’s normal, more in Turkey in Kimer there was also a view of the mountains and I liked it. But here the "view of the mountains" stunned me. First of all, there are no mountains. Some kind of half-bald hill with unworthy huts, and directly under the windows of the HOS YARD of the hotel (a garbage truck, garbage cans, half-baked chaise longues, some kind of scrap metal and all sorts of different crap). The view is still the same. But these are flowers compared to a "restaurant". Why in quotation marks you ask? Yes, because it is difficult to call it a restaurant. My assessment: A SIMPLE DINING ROOM FOR BIG MONEY. I don't know what the people who write reviews about this restaurant are guided by; they say a lot of things and very tasty. I want to advise these people to go to Turkey or even to Bulgaria. To be honest, we were both there and there. I do not even want to compare, because it will not be fair, heaven and earth. The dishes are dirty. To find a clean plate, one had to rummage through that mountain of dishes. And this also applies to tea cups with traces of lipstick and sticky to the touch glasses for water or juice and forks with leftover food on them. They probably don't know about the existence of dish detergents. . A plumbing ball valve for watering the garden is screwed into the hot water tank for tea, some kind of yellow mass in the corners in the salt containers. And you should have seen how they clean the table, it's worth a lot. The crumbs from the table are swept by hand directly onto the floor, then you step on them, they stick to the sole and you spread them all over the hotel. At first I didn’t understand where I had crumbs on the floor in my room, and then my slippers accidentally turned over and I understood everything. But this is at best. And sometimes they will be swept away on a chair. I saw a woman in a white skirt with crumbs glued to the back, probably rice and something like ketchup. How do you like it, okay? And trust me, every day you see something new. Breakfast is the same throughout the rest. Eggs and sausage but without vegetables. AND THIS IS GREECE, WHERE EVERYTHING GROWS AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO IMPORT ANYTHING. NON SENS. The concept of ALL INCLUSIVE is relative. For example, if you suddenly want tea or coffee for lunch or dinner, then this is for an extra charge. While in Turkey, in Bulgaria, there is an automatic machine with tea, coffee, juices, water in every corner of the hotel, this is what I understand ALL INCLUSIVE. What about WI-FI internet? 5 Euro per hour. Good people in the yard 21 CENTURY. CENTURY of computers and the Internet. The mind is incomprehensible, impudent knocking of money. It seems to be "ALL INCLUSIVE" and half OFF. MARASMUS. No animation, flat jokes that no one laughs at and so on. . . If you want to have fun with water sports or go on some excursions, take a bag of money with you. Water bike-10 min. -75 EURO, boat rental 1 hour - 50 EURO, diving (near the shore) 30 min. -80 EURO and so on. . . The only thing worth going to Greece for is swimming in the Aegean Sea. Here you can rate 10 points. The sea is clean, the beach is more or less clean, for ALL INCLUSIVE customers a canopy and sun loungers are free of charge. The overall score is a solid three, and then thanks to the Aegean Sea. But in general, I don’t want to go there anymore, and I don’t advise you. There are much better places to stay. Respectfully yours, Pavel.
