Everything is excellent, starting with the transfer. Special thanks to Mouzenidis Travel. The organization is impeccable.
We stayed in an apartment with a sea view. Initially, Superior Sea View apartments were ordered - everything that is written in the description is true. Everything is new, only the CRT TV is small, for which 9 in total, not 10. The kitchen has a full-fledged refrigerator, and a 3-burner stove combined with an oven. There are enough dishes if needed - Christina (the hostess) will provide more.
2 balconies, both large, in total gave a viewing angle of 260 degrees. Sunrise and sunset are just around the corner, but this is Greek specificity. There is mountainous terrain everywhere.

The finish is excellent. The mass of marble, coupled with thermoblocks, provide a stable comfortable temperature around the clock. Air conditioning was not used during the stay - there was no hint of a need. On the balcony facing the sea (from the room) - lowered rigid awnings. A lot of sun - they lowered it, in the evening, if they wanted, they raised it...
There are mosquito nets on all windows/balcony doors, and hard pull down blinds, but this, in my opinion, is quite a critical situation. Nevertheless, a fumigator is desirable.
Water and hot and cold - abound. And REALLY HOT.
Spa Loutra - 50 meters. At a price of 5e / person, I recommend it. The most beautiful view from the panoramic platform of the spa center. There is a bar.
Apartments in general above the village. To the shop 150-200 meters down. The beaches are 40-60 meters from the store. 50 meters is occupied by three beach baro-taverns, another 80-100 meters - municipal type. The entrance to the water is not very convenient - a stone with sand, it is better to go in coral boots.
In general about the resort.
This is "backwoods, village, aunt... "
Loutra is one street where everything (except for the tavern "Villa Stas") is concentrated. Everything is a church, rooms and apartments, 2 larger taverns, 3-4 smaller taverns, a pizzeria, a small market and a stall.
Greens and carrots (karota in Greek) in the market do not stand on the street, but lie in the refrigerator, which was discovered before leaving (((.
It is impossible without euro cash. No banks, no ATMs. And the next ones are really far away. In Pefkohori and in Kassandra.
Card payment terminal - one per village, in the tavern "Villa Stasa". Excellent establishment. I recommend. At low (by the standards of other institutions of Loutra) prices - the quality is the highest.
The sea is clean, it is interesting to swim with a mask. Climb around the neighborhood - you will be pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, beauty and deserted (on weekdays) beaches within walking distance.
The nearest bigger village is Nea Skioni. There are bigger markets where you can pay by card, and fish shops, 3-4 pieces. Fresh shrimp 6.5 - 10.5 - 17.8 - 22.9/kg of size. Fish - about that.

What to bring there? We took a media player and a screw with serials for which there was not enough time at home. Favorite kitchen knife, cutting board and kitchen towel. Stretch awning. Mandatory set - salt, sugar, more spices. Tea, coffee (Greek, to put it mildly - no... )
Very important information - on Tuesdays in Kassandra exit market. There are almost all products. Prices are 2-2.5 times lower than in Loutra. Travel by municipal bus - 3.3 one way. One trip together without stress stocked up for a week; ).
Summary: everything is fine, except for euro prices on the beach. Yes, and stores, by our standards, a little expensive. Yes, we have not seen wide beaches in Greece. Meters 15 - the widest.
Silence. The birds are singing. . .
Wilderness.
