Hello! Just a week ago my wife and I returned from our summer vacation, which we spent for the first time in Greece. The only selection criterion was the price-quality ratio, since we booked the tour a week before the vacation - hotel prices had already begun to bite well, and after going through several options, we decided to stay at the Forest Park Hotel and looking ahead, I want to tell you, we were very satisfied !
It takes about an hour to get to the hotel by a shared transfer from Macedonia Airport of Thessaloniki. You can take a taxi even faster, depending on how busy the roads are, since in the summer here, in Halkidiki, there are a lot of visitors from both the neighboring countries of Albania, Bulgaria, and ours.
At the hotel we were met by the hotel representative Kostas and Lazar. The Russian-speaking guys always helped with the solution of any questions and problems. The administrator of the hotel, Janis, is also a very responsible and courteous person. In general, there are clearly no problems with organizational issues.

Number. Our room overlooking the forest (whatever you say Forest Park (Forest Park? ) was on the second floor and was very cozy, bright and comfortable: a large double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, mirror, air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer and a bathroom. Cleaning rooms, change of towels and bed linen regularly.
The food is also great all inclusive. Always in the range of fish, meat, side dishes, omelettes, cheeses, vegetables, fruits, desserts. The only thing is sometimes there are small queues for food. From drinks - tea, coffee, sweet carbonated and plain water. From traditional Greek cuisine, we remember their seafood, tzatziki sauce, our favorite Greek salad and cold coffee frappe. A couple of times I went to the tavern with my wife. The prices are reasonable (20 euros for a dinner for two), the portions are huge.
The beach at the hotel is great too. This is the most pleasant moment of rest - the Aegean Sea. Transparent, warm azure. At a depth of 5-6 meters, you can easily see your shadow, that is, you roughly understand how clean it is. There are sunbeds and umbrellas. No one walked over their heads. I did not find cigarette butts on the beach.
The hotel area is large, green, neat and well-groomed: palm trees, roses, a well-groomed lawn, mountain clean fresh air combined with the Aegean Sea - a song?
Through our hotel representatives Kostas and Lazar we booked a trip to Meteora and rented a car. By the way, no matter how strange it sounds, it turned out cheaper and safer to rent a car through a company than from rent a car.
By car, we traveled almost all of Kassandra and went to the neighboring peninsula of Sithonia. There, of course, nature, I want to tell you, impressed me more: azure bays, pine and olive groves, flowering plants, a quiet paradise. We'll go there next year.
