My friends and I rested there in July 2011, booked 3 rooms through the Solvex agency, and here we were already hosted by the Beleon tours agency. Firstly, half of the information about the hotel is not true, for example, sun loungers and umbrellas are not free at all, but 5 euros or you have to order something at the bar. Secondly, the room in which our friends lived was on the 1st floor, it's terrible: there is mold on the walls above the baseboards, everything flows in the bathroom and constantly breaks, and the rooms themselves are too small. Yes, of course, 3 stars is not 5, you might say, but still! Thirdly, no one warned us that from Friday to Sunday we would not be able to use the sun loungers on the first line by the sea, because the hotel chef (he was also the manager) in an absolutely impudent form just drove the hotel tourists to the 3rd row , it was not very convenient for us, because we were vacationing with children, but he kept the first rows only for the inhabitants of Greece! It is unacceptable! Not only tourists from Russia were outraged by this, but from Serbia and Bulgaria too. The hotel staff and the girls from Beleon joined forces, but the chef-manager flatly refused to change anything. By the way, all the staff, from the reception, waiters and maids, as well as the girls from Beleon, are always friendly and tried to solve all our questions. You can safely say thank you to them. In general, I would like to separately describe the behavior of the cook, how to put it mildly, it surprised us every day: he constantly stood over the soul for 5 minutes near the tables when we had dinner, many simply choked on it, especially children. He and his local friend in red swimming trunks often insistently "harassed" single tourists right on the beach, without being embarrassed. This same friend, still in the same red swimming trunks, freely walked around the restaurant during dinner, took food directly from the buffet along with tourists, absolutely “sneezing” at the inquiring glances of tourists. Be sure to leave reviews about this and on other sites. Just wondering if the management of the Beleon or Solvex agency knows what such a disgrace is going on in this hotel? After all, many tourists were in this hotel and are unlikely to advise their friends now this hotel. What a pity - the hotel is in a great location, right on the beach!
