We chose the hotel based on reviews on the Internet, the reviews were positive, so that the beach was its own sandy, because there are mainly pebble beaches on this coast (and this is inconvenient with a one-year-old child). The hotel is large, with polite staff, clean and comfortable rooms, WiFi in the room worked perfectly, the view from the room was gorgeous.
However, the beach is just awful. The sand on the beach is dirty, the coastal zone is covered in sea urchins, which means that you only need to go into the sea along 2 paths made of sandbags - and that's all who on the beach follow these paths for 15 meters and only then you can swim where you want. There is no shower at the exit from the beach, you need to go to it in a completely different direction, there is no shower for the legs from the beach at all.
All this is not so scary, compared to the fact that the virus is walking in the hotel. The girl wrote about this in the reviews on booking. com and it turned out to be true. We got sick with the whole family and my one year old son. Well, actually at the hotel, not only we were sick.

And the hotel staff admits that they all get sick, especially children.
By the end of the holiday (10 days we rested in this hotel), the food in the restaurant seemed completely unbearably tasteless.
As a result, Cons: coming to the sea in a 5-star hotel, having difficulty swimming in the sea is a huge minus. The beach is 3 stars.

Pros: cozy room, beautiful view from the room, helpful staff, beautiful Infinity pool, free shuttle (hourly) to the center of Nea Moudania (but there is nothing special to catch).
I would never go to this hotel again! I am still sick, despite full treatment.
