We rested at the Istion club hotel in mid-August. I consider this hotel a godsend: location, service, wonderful and polite staff, the location of the sea - everything is really at a high level. The hotel is cozy and has a homely atmosphere. Green area, olive and fruit trees, bushes, flowers - a heavenly place.
We were given a cozy room, consisting of a small hallway and a bedroom. The room has comfortable modern furniture, a beautiful interior, the walls are painted in warm colors. The rooms are spacious and clean, cleaned every day, linen changed every three days.
I want to share my impressions about Greek cuisine: in general, we really liked Greek cuisine. We are just delighted! We ate at the restaurant where we had our breakfasts, lunches and dinners. They offered a wide selection of fish and vegetable dishes, meat dishes, moussaka and pastitsio, famous throughout Greece (we finally tried them), numerous snacks and salads, tzatziki - thick yogurt with cucumbers and garlic. And what desserts are here - just overeating.
We went on several excursions: to Thessaloniki, a big magical city that we liked very much. We bought a fur coat at the Enigma Mall. We went on a "relax" trip Aridea-Edessa. Bathed in natural pools and natural baths. Bought wonderful wine and mountain tea.
We returned from our holiday completely delighted. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday.

A special entrance to the sea was made, which was convenient just for us, because we were with children. The hotel has 3 swimming pools, one of them is exclusively for children. Every day we went to the Mini Club. The kids were delighted - various games, water pollo, drawing, mini disco and more. I would also like to mention Spa "Milfey", where beautiful girls from Ukraine work. The girls are very hospitable, they treat you to tea with chamomile, which is already relaxing. There is a very calm and peaceful atmosphere, candles, rose petals, beautiful music. I did peeling, massage, and styling. I was very satisfied, I want to say special thanks to Yana, Lilya and Dana. You girls are magical!
We went to Afytos, a pretty colorful and very beautiful city. The city is small, but there are many taverns, restaurants, cafes, shops and souvenir shops. Since we were with children, you can’t really go anywhere, but still, we found a way out of the situation. And we decided to try the easiest trips, so that both us and the children would like it. And so, we made 2 trips: to the Waterland Water Park. This is a water city with various entertainments. Rivers, pools, water slides and other exciting rides. All our time there we were entertained by animators, and did not let us get bored. Our next trip was the cruise "Trident of Poseidon" - an unforgettable trip, visited the beach of Toroni, Neos Marmaras and the island of Kelyfos. This trip was easy for us. We really enjoyed. The holiday went off with a bang, we will come again and more than once to you. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

I want to mention the beautiful Sophia and the young man Evgeny, who met us at the reception at the hotel and helped with the settlement. The room they gave us was just wonderful on the second floor with a sea view, it was great to wake up and look at the beautiful sea.
We really liked the interior of the hotel, very modern. Large area is very green. In addition, I want to mention the gardener Gavrilos, who made us happy every day by giving beautiful roses. As a woman, I like such signs of attention.
As for the food, it's amazing. Great abundance of meat and fish dishes. And the desserts here are just magical, especially the chocolate cake is just mmm. The hotel also has animation, which is good news. Thanks to Nino, we had fun evenings (karaoke, mini disco, live music, etc. ).
During the holidays, we managed to make a mini trip to Athens-Meteora, were in Thessaloniki for European shopping. We bought a fur coat in the city of Kastoria, although it was not a planned purchase. But I was satisfied with such a “fur coat souvenir” from beautiful Greece. We also went to the village of Potidea, which is located 2 km from our hotel. Along the way, we had the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful Potidaea Canal. In Potidea, we ate delicious seafood at the Marina restaurant, I recommend this fish restaurant to everyone who will rest here. In addition, we rented a car and drove around the entire Kassandra Finger.
I really liked everything: the hotel, the service, the staff. Everything is very hospitable, friendly atmosphere, where you want to return more than once. We would like to thank you for such a wonderful holiday. Keep it up!

I would like to share with you the impressions of our holiday in now beloved Greece! We rested with a company, we were looking for an all inclusive hotel, small, cozy, and always with good cuisine, and we found it)))
I'll start from the very beginning, they met us at the airport in a very organized way, and literally 40 minutes later, we were already at the Istion club&spa. The hotel is small but very well maintained, modern, lots of flowers on site. In general, in the end, we did not want to leave here at all.
We and our friends were given rooms on the second floor, we had a view of the garden, and our friends were more fortunate, their windows overlooked the sea, the beauty, of course, is indescribable!
The room surprised me at first sight, it was very large and bright. The room had everything: a bathrobe, slippers, towels, scales (which is very surprising, not all hotels have scales in the rooms), a TV (by the way, with Russian channels! ), a safe. At first there was a misunderstanding with the safe, it turned out that the battery was dead, the hotel staff immediately solved this problem, and did not keep us waiting, which is also a big plus. The staff, by the way, is very responsive, kind and Russian-speaking! Once, after the tour, they wanted to drink tea in the room, called the reception, and literally 5 minutes later they brought us: a kettle, mugs and tea, a trifle, but nice. Also, I can not mention the lovely girl Evangelia, who works at the hotel reception, it was always a pleasure to communicate with her, and contact her with any question! All the guys working at the bar are also great, special thanks to them and hello!
Now I’ll tell you about what worries probably everyone who reads my review, this, of course, is the kitchen. She is truly 5 stars! I'll start with breakfast, always scrambled eggs, cereals, cereals, yogurts, a lot of cuts, both fruit and meat. Lunch and dinner, here the assortment of seafood pleasantly surprised, always a lot and tasty. A couple of chefs are working near the open stove and you can watch how your oysters are cooked. Also, in the restaurant, there were days of national cuisine, we tried Greek dishes, in general, you understand my emotions about the hotel's cuisine.
The next topic is the beach, there were hedgehogs in the sea, no one, of course, stepped on them, but I recommend buying special shoes. The sea itself is magnificent, you can’t say otherwise, clean and azure! and the fact that there are hedgehogs in it proves that the sea is the cleanest. It is also worth mentioning the three pools, at night they are incredibly beautiful with this backlight, one of the pools with hydromassage! didn't get out.
The following points, this is Wi-Fi in the hotel on the top five, free for everyone. Spa, I went throughout the rest every day, then to the jacuzzi, then to the hammam. And by the way, for all inclusive guests - these services are free. Our guys did not get out of the gym and constantly played tennis. To each his own, as they say.

Opposite across the road, literally a 10-minute walk from the hotel, there is another beach, here it is just a feast for the eyes, white sand, clear turquoise sea. We took half board, that is, only breakfasts and dinners, because we only came to the hotel to spend the night. We rented a car, and probably just searched the entire peninsula of Kassandra. 15 minutes from Istion is the town of Kallithea - this is the center of nightlife for youth! There are many clubs, taverns, bars, souvenir shops. We returned almost in the morning, so we spent little time in the room, but at the same time we noticed that it was cleaned every day, bed linen was changed probably every 2 days. The food at the hotel is chic, the variety of food and its quantity on the tables was amazing. Meat, fish cooked on coals - very tasty! From fish, they mainly prepared either cod, or pangasius, or fillet of the sole; from fruits - watermelon, melon, bananas, kiwi, but peaches and nectarines were served only in the morning. We liked everything! I recommend this hotel to everyone!

And they were the only ones at the airport who met tourists. We were among the first to get off the bus, we were unloaded along with the tourists from the Portes Beach Hotel. As soon as we got off the bus, we were already met by our hotel guides. And there were TWO of them. At the beginning, my wife and daughter were taken aback. They looked at us with such expectation that I was even a little embarrassed. And then one of them admitted that she was waiting for the Istion Club & Spa tourists and we went to our hotel together. During our short walk, the guide explained to us that such a huge bus is simply not able to drive straight to our hotel, because. the path was narrow. We treated with understanding, well, what can you do. Therefore, I warn you that if you decide to go to this hotel, be prepared to walk 15 meters.
And so we finally went to the place of our 10-day stay. At the reception we were met by Evangelia and Tatyana. She was a Greek woman from the Gospels, she knew English and German, it was saved by the fact that my wife and I know English, and those who did not know the language approached the charming Tatyana, who, by the way, was our countrywoman from Ukraine : ) But our Irina stood patiently with us, then I I didn’t notice how another girl in a yellow T-shirt named Daria, also our hotel guide, approached. They even helped us with the translation, I sometimes pretended that I did not understand the Gospel, and then Irina, with knowledge of her business, accurately translated all her words. Then my wife and I laughed for a long time.
And here we are settled! The room was not with a sea view, but with a view of the garden (although they asked the agency for the first one !! ). We had an eco room. Our daughter, as soon as she entered the room, hurried to get out of it, only not through the door, but THROUGH THE BALCONY! I took the ball and played on the grass that was opposite our terrace. Therefore, we resigned ourselves to the fact that this is not a sea view, but on the contrary, we decided that it was even better for our daughter. Eco rooms are half a meter underground, so sometimes we even turned off the air conditioner, because it was already comfortable, cool. And it was convenient for dochuli, we always saw where she was playing, she was constantly under our supervision. At night we, of course, closed the balcony. By the way, there is a baby cot, you can just ask at the reception.
The hotel is very quiet, the territory is small, but cozy. The animation program, to be honest, did not impress us, but my daughter always went to the evening mini disco and was pleased.
We took all inclusive. The hotel has one restaurant where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a children's menu and a high chair, which is very pleased. The food is delicious, this is not the first time we travel, we have left behind many countries, the food here is really tasty.
There is also a playground, the baby often played there with the guys.
But when we came to the beach, we were upset that there are hedgehogs and that the sunbeds are on a hill, and not right by the sea. But we found out about the beach on the opposite coast and basically, if not laziness, went to that beach. Emerald water, sand, gently sloping shore. Mmm! A feast for the eyes! Sunbeds are free, if you wish, you can order some kind of drink, for a fee.
The village of Potidea was 2 km from the hotel, we took a taxi, walked around the city, ate at the Marina tavern, it was delicious, I am generally skeptical about seafood, but I surprisingly really liked it here.

In short, we had great fun, and on Olympus, we took a lot of good family photos. In Dion, my daughter was naughty, but I bought her a keychain with a Spartan helmet, I was busy for 30 minutes.
We flew off as well as we flew in, from the guides we were taken to the bus and we said goodbye to sunny Greece.
As a conclusion: the hotel is good for a family vacation (there is no such thing that the music rumbles all night), there is everything for children (food, crib, animation, playground), the only minus is that there is little to be found within walking distance (except for a coffee shop and wine cellar), and the beach here is also so-so, only rubber shoes and a beach on another bay save.

As soon as we arrived, our family and I were met by representatives of our travel company Mouzenidis. And they were the only ones at the airport who met tourists. Then everything happened very quickly and in an organized manner, after arrival, after about half an hour, we were already on our way to our hotel.
We were among the first to get off the bus, we were unloaded along with the tourists from the Portes Beach Hotel. As soon as we got off the bus, we were already met by our hotel guides. And there were TWO of them. At the beginning, my wife and daughter were taken aback. They looked at us with such expectation that I was even a little embarrassed. And then one of them admitted that she was waiting for the Istion Club & Spa tourists and we went to our hotel together. During our short walk, the guide explained to us that such a huge bus is simply not able to drive straight to our hotel, because. the path was narrow. We treated with understanding, well, what can you do. Therefore, I warn you that if you decide to go to this hotel, be prepared to walk 15 meters.
And so we finally went to the place of our 10-day stay. At the reception we were met by Evangelia and Tatyana. She was a Greek woman from the Gospels, she knew English and German, it was saved by the fact that my wife and I know English, and those who did not know the language approached the charming Tatyana, who, by the way, was our countrywoman from Ukraine : ) But our Irina stood patiently with us, then I I didn’t notice how another girl in a yellow T-shirt named Daria, also our hotel guide, approached. They even helped us with the translation, I sometimes pretended that I did not understand the Gospel, and then Irina, with knowledge of her business, accurately translated all her words. Then my wife and I laughed for a long time.
And here we are settled! The room was not with a sea view, but with a view of the garden (although they asked the agency for the first one !! ). We had an eco room. Our daughter, as soon as she entered the room, hurried to get out of it, only not through the door, but THROUGH THE BALCONY! I took the ball and played on the grass that was opposite our terrace. Therefore, we resigned ourselves to the fact that this is not a sea view, but on the contrary, we decided that it was even better for our daughter. Eco rooms are half a meter underground, so sometimes we even turned off the air conditioner, because it was already comfortable, cool. And it was convenient for dochuli, we always saw where she was playing, she was constantly under our supervision. At night we, of course, closed the balcony. By the way, there is a baby cot, you can just ask at the reception.
The hotel is very quiet, the territory is small, but cozy. The animation program, to be honest, did not impress us, but my daughter always went to the evening mini disco and was pleased.
We took all inclusive. The hotel has one restaurant where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a children's menu and a high chair, which is very pleased. The food is delicious, this is not the first time we travel, we have left behind many countries, the food here is really tasty.
There is also a playground, the baby often played there with the guys.
But when we came to the beach, we were upset that there are hedgehogs and that the sunbeds are on a hill, and not right by the sea. But we found out about the beach on the opposite coast and basically, if not laziness, went to that beach. Emerald water, sand, gently sloping shore. Mmm! A feast for the eyes! Sunbeds are free, if you wish, you can order some kind of drink, for a fee.
The village of Potidea was 2 km from the hotel, we took a taxi, walked around the city, ate at the Marina tavern, it was delicious, I am generally skeptical about seafood, but I surprisingly really liked it here.

The hotel has a modern design, well-groomed territory, the hotel itself consists of many small detached buildings scattered throughout the territory. In appearance, the buildings look more like private villas than a hotel, I really liked the large balconies, it's even more of a loggia. The room is also spacious, everything is done in beige and brown tones, the room has two single beds, an armchair, a round table and two chairs, next to it is a table with a chair near the mirror, a flat TV hangs on the wall, there are Russian channels. The bath is small, but it also feels like everything is new, the plumbing works properly, there was a basket with soap accessories next to the washbasin upon arrival, in the future, all this was replenished during cleaning. The bath is not a shower, but a bath, with a plastic sliding door from splashes, there are no curtains. The balcony has very comfortable furniture, two armchairs and a wicker table, an ashtray, our balcony overlooked the sea. The food at the hotel is very good, if you do not pay much attention to the breakfasts, which, in principle, are standard and do not differ in special variety, then we really liked the lunches and dinners. We didn't try everything, but what we ate was very tasty. In addition to the indoor restaurant, there is also an outdoor area, where we especially liked to drink coffee in the morning. The hotel has a lot of vacationers from Russia, the service here has also been tailored to our needs, in addition to the Russian-speaking hotel staff, there were always representatives of the tour operator, Russian young students, in the hotel in the morning and in the evening. There are two swimming pools on the territory, sunbeds and umbrellas at no extra charge, on the beach too, as for the beach itself, the hotel is on the first line, the sea is clean, the beach itself is sand and pebble, but at the entrance there are pebbles and it’s not very pleasant for the feet, some swam in a special shoes. Separately, I want to say about the area, there is almost nothing near the hotel, you can walk to the village of Potidea, but you have to walk along the highway, there are no roadsides here, so the walk can be extreme, the hotel near Potidea Palace has a market with souvenirs, water, sweets, beach accessories are also sold there, there is a wine cellar on the lower floor of this market, we bought several bottles there as a gift home, a little further if you go, there is an excellent Tarkenliz confectionery, it's just something with something! I have never eaten such goodies in my life, I strongly advise you to look into this place. And so the place itself is quiet, there are several bars in Potidea, you can still take a taxi to Mudanya, there are several banks, taverns on the waterfront, once we got there, there was a live music concert on the waterfront, very impressed. In general, we really liked Halkidiki.
The hotel is pleasant, everything is conducive to a great vacation, but more I would advise families to go here, young people can be bored. Have a great trip everyone!
