Hello! I want to share with you my impressions about the hotel, on the other side of the barricades, from the point of view of the staff =))
In short, everything is just great! A decent salary, not lower than the average in Greece (they pay on time), delicious food and "fresh" rooms. Everything in the hotel is designed to make you enjoy working here! There is time to sunbathe and hang out at a disco, chat with guests and even fry kebabs with all the staff at a nearby hotel. For "stuff" parties (stuff night) are organized, excursions are booked, even the work schedule or its appearance changes, taking into account personal wishes.
There is no guardian over you. Just do your job well and enjoy it! In general, a dream!! ! I wish every "our" company had such competent management =)))
